I contacted Henry's A/C & Heat for the service at approximately 10:48 AM and a technician was able to arrive at my home by 3:00 PM. Isaiah was a pleasure to speak with; he was very knowledgeable, took his time, and thoroughly explained the issue. The service call fee was quite reasonable, and I will certainly be contacting them again for a new unit system replacement.

Arnett replaced a refrigeration system on a refrigerator trailer. This was a complete change out 3 years ago. Job was done within expected time and was professionally done at a reasonable price. The system has worked flawlessly for 3 years.

Our a/c unit stopped working on us, so we reached out to Arnett Mechanical. The year prior, it went out also, and it was determined that the compressor went out. I mentioned this to him when he came out, he agreed that the compressor did indeed go out again. Instead of just changing it out and moving to the next customer, he wanted to do an deeper dive to determine why it went out 2 years in a row. After doing a full diagnoses, there was something else going on with the system. He retrieved the parts the next day and replaced both items in a matter of hours. Now my a/c unit works better now than it did before. I can't thank him enough for going the extra mile to take care of his customers. He's now my go to recommendation for anyone who's having a/c issues. Reliability and dedication going a long way in our household, and for that I give this company an 5 star.

Arnett did a great job coming in the middle of the night to get our home cooling again quickly. Pricing was fair and he was very honest and upfront. We would definitely recommend him or reach out again in the future.

Their pricing (my favorite part) was extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of work required and for the equipment that needed to be purchased and installed! They even removed and hauled away the old equipment! My experience with Arnett Mechanical absolutely awesome! In fact, I’ll go on record and suggest they change name to ‘Absolutely Awesome Arnett Mechanical Services’!

Mr. Arnett is great, and is very personable. I have called him out twice now urgent issues. Both times he came out quickly and with in the provided timeframe. He was intentional about explaining how the AC system works and what the problem was in a way someone without a ton of knowledge could understand. He was transparent about repair and replacement costs. I highly recommend Arnett for any HAVAC needs.

We recently had an issue where we noticed our home wasn’t blowing off as much cold air as we’re used to. We also realized that the fans on our a/c wasn’t turning on. It was late in the evening and we were in a time crunch and decided to reach out to Arnett Mechanical and we’re so glad we did! We received excellent service from the initial call and was able to get out a/c checked out the following day! We agreed on the time as was happy to be seen so quickly!

Anton came out time and had great communication with us even before he arrived. We learned that we had to have our capacitor replaced and was relieved as this was an easy fix.
