Isaiah arrived with a positive and professional attitude and gave me a great explanation of the process involved in inspecting and servicing my system. He was very thorough during the inspection, making me feel comfortable that my system was in good hands. He finished by cleaning the condensers for both of units and then he advised me on what I can do to ensure my systems remain in good condition in between services. All in all, a great experience!

Isaac did an outstanding job. He kept me informed of what he was doing and price on replacement of a part . I definitely would ask for Issac again.

Clay and Henry came out initially. They did an excellent job thoroughly explaining the issues and presented different options. No one loves replacing an entire AC, furnace and duct work but working with this team made it as easy and painless as possible. The install crew worked tirelessly to get everything just right. They also left the entire work area clean… you wouldn’t have known they were even here. Aaron also did a wonderful job. We are very pleased and will use them again when the time comes.

They came out under the CoolSaver Program with Reliant as a Free service to check the AC and Clean it. I was then told my AC didn't Quality for the cleaning based on a points system. My AC was working perfectly fine before Henry's touched it but after they left ALL OF A SUDDEN NO AC in almost 100 Degree heat. I called to let them know and asked for a report on what had been done and he said Reliant would have it. He also said your Unit didn't pass but he went ahead and cleaned it anyway. Then when I called Reliant they had no Record of Henry's coming out to my Address. I called back to Henry's to see why and to obtain a Record of what was done to my AC unit and he then said we didn't touch the Unit . We just test the voltage and it was too hot so we didn't do anything. But you just said you went ahead and CLEANED it. Anyway he agreed to come back out Monday so we purchased UTILITY fans to get us through the weekend. They did come Monday and Jon said we're going to see what's going on and try to fix it and if we have the part it'll be NO COST. Well they had the part and the guy went to my Backyard and Jon came in and said Good News well we have the Part and it's going to be 385.00. I said you just told me you would take care of it for Free if you had to Part on hand. So while we're in my Kitchen talking the guy comes in from the back and says It's done. I said wait I looked at Jon and said I didn't agree to pay the 385.00 yet and he Already fixed it..hummm..That's because he was standing right there when you told me if you had the Part that you would take care of it for Free since my AC was working FINE before you touched it. So the guy looked at Jon then said oh ..I can take it off...smh.. I called my husband and he said just pay them so they could leave and take the loss. At almost 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE We had NO Choice. But Lesson learned I will NEVER AGAIN use any Programs offered THROUGH Utility Companies unless I contact that Provider FIRST especially since Reliant has NO Record of this Transaction.

We requested a preventative maintenance inspection of our a/c unit now that temps are climbing. Two gentlemen showed up, the technician and one of the managers. Both were friendly and respectful of our property.
The inspection took about an hour or so. They cleaned the coils, on the unit outside and inspected the unit inside the house as well.
It turned out we needed two lbs. of Freon, other than this, everything else was good.

Daniel is a great worker. Personable, knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything that was wrong and how to repair. We had various parts damaged by wasp, and older equipment. Daniel had our system up and running within 2 days.

July update. Isaiah and master technician came and performed maintenance. They explained everything that was needed and fixed what was needed. Henry's has an excellent staff.
Update all staff at Henry's are top notch.
2026 update. Shout out to Jon and Isaiah for major replacement of outdated and compromised equipment dated back to 2007. Isaiah put in a full day and made sure everything was working before leaving. Thanks again.

We were going to get a whole home dehumidifier, but Clay did an AC inspection first. There were leaks everywhere and I got a video of soaking wet air ducts. The home warranty company that had installed the system previously had improperly sealed and closed connections. Tons of technical jargon, so the pictures and videos Clay took in my attic helped me understand the problems. I’m glad we got the root issues repaired instead of installing a whole separate dehumidifier system.

Isaiah from Henry’s AC and Heating was great again. After returning from vacation my unit was not cooling well so I put in for an appointment one evening and was visited the next day. Isaiah did his inspection and located the problem, verified his findings with another technician, contacted the manufacturer and processed all the warranty paperwork. Once he had the replacement parts he quickly came out and fixed my unit. Now we are cool again! Isaiah is a definite asset to the company - very polite, easy to converse with, professional and knowledgeable. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that William was extremely helpful and thorough in verifying Isaiah’s findings of the problem. The double check verifies how thorough they are as a company. And thanks to Clay and Amy for their quick scheduling and follow-up too.

I called Henry’s AC because I was I could not get my usually company to come out. Granted they gave me the same time window just to have to reschedule to the next day. I had one major complaint that air was not blowing out of 2 vents. I was quoted a 3000 dollar job versus replacing the whole system (20,000) and the 3000 dollar job was a patch job that may not have fixed the issue. Got a second opinion through my usually company and the blowers are fixed for 400 dollar. This company was quick to come out and charge outrageous charges but were friendly had great customer service and informative also charged a 90 dollar trip charge for this great service without getting the job done. The 2 stars are for the friendliness.

William was very polite and professional. Once I know the cost to clean my blower I may call you back.

Update Jan 2026: 2 years ago my heating would not work, ignition lockout error. 3 months ago it was believed to be the gas valve assembly in the main system. Today the problem was found. The gas valve was turned off and then covered up to hide it. This was done by ANOTHER AC company I won’t mention who about 2 years ago trying to force me to call them back to make money off of me.
Henry’s came out, found the sabotage by that other company and now I HAVE CENTRAL HEATING ON!! Thank you guys!!

They do it the right way. Danny Martinez started the process in a very professional manner. The team did a superb job in installing a new hvac system. I definitely recommend Henry’s AC & Heat. Very professional, courteous and caring for you property while doing a quality job.
