Both of the servicemen were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help install a new Ring doorbell and plug-in chime.
They had to make a trip to Home Depot to get a new part to replace a faulty one so the doorbell would work. They also installed lights on the outside of our garage and hooked up Lutron Caseta controllers for our back porch and patio lights. They were great to work with and did a great job.

We worked with Roy Gomez and Dynamic Electrical on a large remodel project in downtown Austin. The job required full coordination with the City of Austin for permits and inspections, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Dynamic Electrical Service has been my trusted electrician for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. I first called them to fix an issue another electrician couldn’t solve—and they diagnosed and repaired it in just 15 minutes after the other company spent over four hours trying! Since then, they’ve replaced my sub panel and most recently installed recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. They’re always prompt, communicative, and courteous—sending a quick text when they’re on the way. I originally found them through a neighbor’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did.

Two techs came to install recess lighting in my kitchen. They removed the old box style florescent lighting and replaced it with 6 recess lights across my kitchen. It looks amazing! They took their time to map out the best layout for the lights keeping in mind the air vents and cabinets so that they all looked perfectly placed. I can't even brag enough about them! During this time of COVID, they never once took off their face coverings. It must have been very uncomfortable for them to be working in and out of the house in face masks. They were professional yet personable when speaking with me. Absolutely PERFECT job. I will use them again when I'm ready to put in under cabinet lighting. THANK YOU JC ELECTRICAL!

I called JC over a recent power surge in the neighborhood. I lost power to half of the house and resetting the breakers in the garage didn't do the trick. He gave me some pointers over the phone of common issues before I even had a chance to use his services. Jeremy and his apprentice Pete we’re great. They answered all my questions prior to starting the job. They were very knowledgeable and help me understand exactly what they needed to do. They gave me a quote over the phone before seeing the job came very close to that price even though I added a few additional items while they were here.They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite. I highly recommend JC’s electrical service. And I feel totally confident in doing this.

Wonderful! It took some time to get on the schedule, probably because of all the happy customers they get. But i was able to get help fixing power to some of my outlets and lights. They troubleshooted issues quickly and smartly. I felt very confident having Joe and his team around. I will absolutely be calling them again for future work. Save your self time finding an electrician and just call them.
