John S arrived on time and was very thorough when he explained what he discovered and my options for repair and replacement. The prices he quoted were very reasonable. Replacement of the main panel required temporary disconnect of power, and city permits and inspection. John coordinated with the power company and city so that the work was done quickly and power was restored with minimum disruption to my family. Very pleased with the work done and professionalism of technician.

Had a wonderful first experience with Mr. Electric. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was very professional and I felt comfortable asking questions. The level of work was excellent, and the complimentary home safety check revealed a lot of issues that we wouldn't have known about, for which we are very grateful as we live in an older home.

Our Electrician listened carefully to our concerns. He not only looked at known problem areas, but gave a whole house inspection. I called ahead to ensure that the electrician would have an appliance dolly so they would be able to do the necessary electric work… I was assured they would have one and of course they did not. They wasted our time and were NOT professional. Very disappointed!
