They did such a great job getting my carpets cleaned! And my carpets had taking a real beating with two teenagers, two dogs and two cats. They were friendly and professional and I will definitely use them again!

Royalty Carpet did a fantastic job! Scheduling was easy, they were communicative and efficient, and were even able to remove coffee stains that I assumed were permanent. Our five year old carpet now looks brand new again!

I had a great experience with Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning. They keep you informed when they're on the way which I like. They are professional, punctual, courteous and THOROUGH! I've used other carpet cleaning companies in the past but never this meticulous. I definitely will be using this company in the future. Keep up the good work!

A family owned company that truly cares about great customer service!

They were all fantastic to communicate with, very informative about the process, punctual, fair priced, and got our white tile floors looking brand new again!

They were just amazing. They came out on a Friday evening because they were booked up on Saturday, which was really great. I was working from home while they cleaned and they were very kind, efficient and professional. The carpets look wonderful and the cat urine smell is gone! I'm so glad they came out. Also, I has turned down by 2 other companies because I live on the 3rd floor and their equipment wouldn't reach. Not Royalty, the hooked up the hoses over the balcony to the parking lot and served me beautifully anyway. I can't recommend them enough.

I’m blown away. We moved into a new home and debated replacing the carpet, but opted to have it cleaned instead. Kelly and Craig did an incredible job on my floors and stairs. It was the most thorough carpet cleaning that I have ever seen. I also love the hassle free online scheduling and no fluff pricing - there were no hidden costs or price changes at payment time. If you need your carpets cleaned and you’re debating which company to give your business to, it’s this one.

These guys are amazing! Used them several years ago and had awesome results (we have two dogs and a puppy at the time and our rug came back new!) used them again this week and again stellar results!! (My I laws dog is not fixed and had marked his spot on our beautiful rug 😫 but it is fresh and new again! ) thank you guys so much for your quality and excellent customer service.

Great service! Kelly and Craig were awesome and did great work. It was very easy to schedule and get them out to treat and clean my carpet. Kelly listened to my concerns and explained what they would do and then explained what they found and the best way to treat it. I will definitely do business with them again.

We just had Royalty come out and steam clean our floors. Oh my gosh they look brand new! They were extremely professional, thorough, and well priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

We hired this company to clean our carpets after a stray dog managed to break into our house while we were away on vacation. The dog was obviously not house broken. They did a deep clean on the worst spots and used an enzyme treatment on the rooms to get rid of the odor. The carpets now look fantastic and the odor is gone. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Kelly and her staff were top of the line professionals. From my initial call to Kelly I was impressed by her down to earth approach to telling me about the services they offer. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to reschedule our appointment and Kelly was both understanding and accommodating. When we were ready , she was able to schedule our free estimate for one day and the actual appointment for services the very next day. They arrived on time and told us exactly how they were going to get us taken care of that day and they did not disappoint. They cleaned our floor tile and shampooed three bedroom carpets. By the time they left we felt like we were looking at our home like we did the first day we moved in! I can't say enough about Kelly and her team. They are a family owned business and my wife and I felt like family. True professionals who do a great job for a more than fair price. They are the real deal! Thanks for all you did in our home.

I cannot recommend Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning highly enough! They are easy to work with and go above and beyond. Despite our best cleaning efforts, our tile looked awful, particularly the grout, and Royalty brought it back to pristine. There was some mastic or grout stuck on a few tiles from the installation years ago that they were able to remove. Our floors look fabulous and they will forever be my 'go-to' company.

We are very happy with the tile cleaning that Kelly and Craig did for us. Both were very professional and communicative from the start. They were punctual and did the work thoroughly and quickly. They were respectful of our belongings and private space. They kept me informed on the progress and offered to help out with a generous discount when the grout needed extra work to be cleaned completely. After they left, I noticed a few patches that were not cleaned properly and Kelly scheduled a followup appointment the very next business day to take care of it. Over all the tiles look really great and the outcome has exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Royalty’s service was excellent and affordable! We had 5 carpeted rooms cleaned, sanitized and deodorized, and they were able to get out the stains. They explained everything they were doing, made recommendations as needed and worked in a professional and expeditious manner. WOW! Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning treated me like Royalty, they accommodated my schedule, but most important the carpet and tile look fabulous! Very nice people, and family owned, doesn't get much better than that!
