I’ve been hiring carpet cleaning services for 4 years to deep clean carpets after tenant move outs. Royalty carpet cleaning has done the best job so far. They really know what they’re doing. Carpets are looking mint clean, revitalized and smelling good! If you’re looking for a service that does the best job, you should definitely hire them!

Kelly and Craig did a fantastic job with our floors. We had them come in to clean our 17 year old grout that has never been cleaned and now they look brand new! The process from scheduling to completion was easy peasy. Once we signed off on the quote, we received some information about what they would be doing and on the day of the cleaning, they were in and out in about 2 hours. We used their move out service when leaving our rental. Richard and his team did a great job working with on us our specific cleaning needs requested by the landlord. They did a wonderful job at a very fair price. They were the only company we contacted willing to review and adjust for our specific needs. The house was so clean pictures were taken the day after by the rental property team to highlight the listing when it went back on the market.
