Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning is a gem! This was the second time we've had them deep clean our sofa, and they did an excellent job again - thorough, professional, and with fab friendly customer service. We had some difficult stains from pets and they got rid of them completely. The couch looks and smells so fresh and clean! The Royalty team is top-notch. Highly recommend!

OH MY GOODNESS! This company is incredible!! They came in and the first thing they did was put protection at the corner of every wall and the corners of large furniture to prevent any damage. We had an old dog dying of cancer and she had NUMEROUS potty accidents on the carpet so we had little hope of our carpet ever looking good again. Were we ever wrong!! They pretreated each and every spot or stain and then they went to work on the carpets. They took their time and were so detailed and worked so hard in each room. When they were done our 9 year old carpets looked brand new and smelled so fresh. To say we were impressed is an understatement! This company should be your only call if you need carpet cleaning at your home or business. We will never use any other company again. We were so happy with their carpet cleaning that we immediately scheduled to have them clean and seal ALL of the tile and grout in our home. WAY TO GO ROYALTY… y’all hit a home run with us!!!

I love these people! They have been cleaning my clinic for years now. They pay attention to detail, they go above and beyond, and they do it every time. On top of being so good at their job they are just very kind people as well. You can tell that they take pride in their work and they are much more critical of themselves than I would ever be. For example: this last time they cleaned my clinic they forgot to take a picture of where my plants where set up in a corner (I have a lot of plants, I love green things). Because they hadn't taken a picture to put them back exactly the way that I had them (which they called a "rookie mistake") they apologized. Mind you, they put back all of the furniture exactly where it belonged and did a mind blowing job on getting the last bit of smoke damage out of the limestone floor (we have just come back to our space after having to vacate for 7 months due to a fire). There was no apology needed, they are just potted plants on the floor; but that is the kind of attention to detail that these people expect of themselves. Seriously, if you have these people on your team you won't regret it. They are amazing!

These folks know carpets!! We have 2 small pups that have accidents in our loft and odor was GONE and replaced with island breeze before Jennifer and her uncle were even halfway done.

On top of that, their customer service is top-notch and their prices are fair. I booked them once 4 years ago at my apartment and haven’t looked for another carpet cleaning service since. You will not regret booking a cleaning with them—I promise!

Royalty Carpet Cleaning has done well at cleaning our church carpets on two occasions. They have been prompt, thorough and willing to adapt when there was an event at the church.

Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service-prompt customer service and on time appointment. Carpets are clean and smell fresh! Carpets dried quickly with fans the company brought in to speed up the drying time. A plus for that!

Best business transaction ever!! I hired Kelly and Jennifer to clean my carpets as I was moving out and my dog had done some serious damage due to wanting to pee in the same couple of areas. I was certain the property management company was going to
tell me they needed to replace the carpet and charge me $4k or more.

Thanks to Kelly and Jennifer, I got my deposit money back! They were on time, super friendly and personable, and they worked their TAILS off getting the carpets back to pristine condition with ZERO dog urine odor. I’ve never seen carpet cleaning professionals work this hard. They took their time to be beyond thorough. I would never hire another carpet cleaning company. I was a bit unsure if I wanted to spend the money on carpet cleaning, but the results speak for themselves: I thought my carpet was brown...turns out it's actually gray! The crew was so nice, personable, and even used corner protectors and helped me move my plants out of the way.
