Company won’t answers my calls after damaging my property and left with out saying anything trying to get away with it. Horrible company don’t deal with there mess

When I asked for additional services on the day they arrived to do the work, Round Rock Tree Experts didn't blink. They went above and beyond to assist us. I hope to work with them again in the future. What a fantastic experience!

James Tree Service hit the yard running. They trimmed and pruned the entire yard (7 or 8 mature trees), raised the canopy, cleared the roof line and moved back the neighbors trees. Then they cleaned everything up without leaving a single limb. VERY satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

When we first scheduled they didn't show, clearly something got mixed up but when we called they came right out within the hour. They gave us our quote and were able to do the job right then and there. I would definitely use them again. It was a fair price and our trees look great!

Quick response to Riata Trails in Georgetown for service same day within 2 hours for a small job!! Had 4 stumps ground and crew was concerned and mindful of water and irrigation lines. They followed up with what to expect with the area as the debris settles. Friendly, courteous and professional.

I called James Tree Service out after another tree service had incorrectly pruned some mature oaks in my front yard; 2-3 months after I'd paid another company ~$700 to prune the trees, all of the outer most branches were sagging down again.

JTS came out and was able to walk around the yard with me using a laser pointer to identify the correct areas to prune.

They spent about ~1.5 hours getting my tree cut correctly, and honestly it looks amazing. I thought for sure cutting more off the tree wouldn't look good, but they somehow made it look better.

Don't hesitate to use these guys.

Marco and his Dad did an outstanding job. They showed up to give me a quote that was by far cheaper than anyone else. They were able to remove a large limb that had broken in the top of a big oak tree and removed in no time. Highly recommend!

I called to get a quote from James Tree Service yesterday, and they were able to come today. Their quote was WAY under 3 other quotes, AND they were able to start the job right away! Best way to describe this 3 person team is EXTREMELY efficient, hard working, and HIGHLY professional. Minor tweaks to tree stumps sticking up over stone wall modified easily to my preferences. James Tree Service met me at my home on time for walk thru on the trees that needed trimming.
Very knowledgable about the trees that should and should not be trimmed a certain way.
Ive had different tree service companies out in the past but none of them explained the reason why certain limbs should be removed and others cleaned up.
The crew started that same day.
When the job was completed, it was the best tree service I had dealt with.
There were absolutely no limbs or debris left when job was completed.
Very satisfied with James Tree service and would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

We used James Tree Service to remove a large tree in our backyard. They were incredibly timely and affordable, cleaned up everything before they left, and even noticed we needed some other branches cut up on the side of our house and stacked them nicely for us. 5+ stars for sure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic father and son team! They are professional, polite and very good at what they do. Marco and his father were very accommodating to our requests and very fairly priced. Great value and very quick. We had several limbs touching our roof and they cleared out everything within a couple of hours.
