Had a great job done by James Tree Service. They responded quickly to my request for trimming 2 large oak trees. They did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this work done.

Contacted James Tree Service after seeing their 5.0 star ratings and they certainly lived up to those ratings!! We contacted them to trim 2 trees so they would get back to meeting HOA requirements as well as get over-hanging branches trimmed up and away from the house / roof. They also raised the canopy to allow more sun to reach the yard and help the grass fill back in over time. Very competitive and fair pricing! Excellent job overall including spotless clean up and removal of all trimmings and debris! Highly recommended!! 5.0 Stars for sure !

James Tree Service was awesome to work with! I used their "free quote" option on their website and they called the same day. We set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived promptly. I needed several trees pruned and a tree cut down. They were very knowledgeable about the necessary clearance required for a tree next to a house. They gave me feedback and suggestions about how to go about pruning the trees on my property. I needed a fig tree cut down and they gave me options as to how to prevent it from growing back. The quote that they gave me was VERY reasonable and they got to work within an hour, same day! The father and son team were quick and made sure to clean up all debris. They made sure I was happy with their work before they left. Awesome job and I would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!!

I just had James Tree Service come over to trim to raise the canopies of 2 teenage trees today. My experience with them was great! They showed up on time, very reasonable price and the job was done fast, clean and well. They were nice enough to explain in detail what they will do and offered advices for healthier trees, which was greatly appreciated. I already recommended them to some of my friends, and will go with them for any future tree services.

I had a large tree get partially knocked down in the recent tornado to the area. There was no significant damage to my house, but parts of the tree were resting on my patio roof.
I called the morning of the day after at 8:30 and the crew was at my house by 9am. After a small discussion we agreed on a price of $2,300. A little higher than I wanted to pay, but given the circumstances, I also knew that finding someone quickly given all the work that was surely to occupy their time in the coming days I better get the "emergency" work done right away. For $900 they got the fallen limbs off the house and left the pile to be collected later in the week.
It seems that their next call wasn't available, so they came back (in minutes) to finish it all that day. It took 3 people all day to get it all packed up in a trailer and empty it and bring the stump grinder back to finish up.

The main person (probably James) was very courteous and always called me Mr. Tim. His father (never speaking to me, only to James) was a bit stand-off-ish, but they all did the work excellently.

We unfortunately had a 30 year old lacebark elm tree die after the huge snow storm this year. It needed to be removed but we were nervous about it being so close to the house. Marco came out and spent quality time with me going over what happened to our tree during the freeze and why it would unlikely return to life. I watched the crew of James Tree Service cut down our tree with care and precision. The teamwork of the three men that came out to our home was outstanding. It was truly amazing to watch. They cleaned up so well, you could barely even tell there was previously a tree there. Hopefully we don’t have any more trees die but I will recommend them to all my neighbors and family in the area that need trees removed or trimmed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this company! They game me a quote and trimmed my live oak on the same day. The price was reasonable. Especially, since the previous renters and the homeowner neglected this tree for years. My front yard finally has sun again! I will definitely use them again in the future! I am extremely grateful for them. They answered all my questions and walked me through what they would be doing and explained why it was priced the way it was. They were very professional. My 69 year old husband was going to get on the house to trim some branches. I called James Tree Service for an estimate. They came out quickly and took care of the limbs. I was so Thankful that my husband didn’t have to get on the roof!

Our trees were a mess after the most recent ice storm. I was worried we were going to lose them or they would have to be chopped so heavily they would look bare and deformed like many of our neighborhood’s trees. And then I met Jeff. He was so knowledgeable about the different species of trees and what each needed to return to health. He created a custom plan for my trees and his team executed the plan flawlessly. You would never be able to tell the extent of damage they sustained from the storm. And Jeff planned ahead to make them as strong as possible in the event of another freeze. Jeff and his crew were very polite and professional. During the ice storm, after asking them to take a look at our tree damage, they came back later that day and took care of our fallen tree. The job was finished in under 2 hours! Great job and fair price!

Great service, fair price. Tree pruning is sometimes complicated from what is discussed initially with arborist to what the pruning crew actually does. Expectation was on top of a lot of pruning on my 6 trees, was that branches close the house roof would also be trimmed (the ones within squirrel jump reach). After the first session some where left behind. But after letting the company know they immediately scheduled a new date to finalize those small details.

Overall I am happy with the service, and for sure will consider them for future tree and landscaping needs.

We needed help make a flower garden in our backyard, about 600-700 sqft in area. I reached out to a few folks, and decided to work with Leaf Tree Services. Jeff is a great guy, very pleasant and easy to work with. He was on point with his communication and was competitive in his pricing. They cleared out the sod, prep the bed, planted flowers & bushes, moved our sprinklers and added additional sprayers for the flower bed.

Jeff even had recommendations on what to plant, and how to care for our garden. Overall we had a very pleasant experience working with Jeff and Josh, and will reach out them for our future landscaping projects.

Our trees were damaged in both recent ice storms and Jeff and his crew helped me out both times. Very professional and really cares about taking care of your trees. Did an amazing job with mine and would absolutely recommend using Leaf Tree Services for any work you need to have done.

I've worked with Jeff and his team several times. In each instance, I've only been very satisfied. He understands the value of maintaining customer relationships that don't end just because a job has been completed. On a recent project, we had to renovate our front yard due to an unfortunate loss of a large tree. They quickly helped me put 2 beautiful trees in the yard, update the beds with 20 shrubs, plants and mulch, and replace some sod that needed to be done. Result was great!

chipped up all our downed tree limbs and pulled up some small stumps from dead bushes. They were very professional in doing the assignment. cleaned up entire area after work done. Great Job!
