They were absolutely wonderful. They did a great job removing a very large tree, and I could hardly tell they had been there when they were done. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. They were quick to provide me an estimate and get me on the schedule, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend James Tree Service and would use them again.

Their skill and detailed attention to the work at hand --- clearing out our dead bushes, trees and stumps, and tree trimming large post oaks and some cedar trees are excellent. Our questions were knowledgeably answered. They are on time! Officer manager, Judy, provided terrific help too, making sure we had references and with scheduling. James Tree Service is totally devoted to doing excellent work. We have no hesitancy to use James Tree Service again or recommend them to others. Their work already has enhanced our property!

James tree service is a family company whose experience is evident. James gave me an honest quote and assessed my trees and trimmed them keeping them healthy and lush. He got the job done efficiently quick and left my yard cleaner than before. James has been in this business for many many years and his expertise shows.

I highly recommend James Tree Service. We got a reasonable price and the work done was excellent. We had three trees taken down, trees trimmed away from house, dead branches removed, and trees trimmed along street line. All debris was removed and hauled away. Excellent job!

These guys are awesome!! Very fast work taking out two large trees that overhung two houses and a pool, very careful about not damaging anything, and a great price as well!

Great customer service. Came the same day I called for an estimate. They even trimmed it the same day. Marco explained everything that needed to be trimmed on the tree. Never had someone thoroughly explain it to me. I felt like I knew more about trees and how they grow. Highly recommend!

The Team from James Tree Service was excellent. I had been gathering quotes and information on two large ash trees that were damaged in the ice storm. They were going to be a liability going forward and James gave me an excellent set of options and prices. They started the same day, were safe, respectful of the property, and worked quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend them highly enough, and their cleanup work was top notch.

Working with James Tree Service was such a great experience from start to finish. They were able to come out for an estimate right away and completed the work the following day. Removed a 20 foot long hedge that was six feet tall, plus grinded the stumps, removed and cleaned up everything. Prompt, courteous and professional. Would use them again.

We discovered James Tree Service after a storm damaged our ancient oaks and pecans. We were impressed with the walk through where James and Marco gave us professional advice on how to make sure our trees survive and how to promote healthy growth. These people are certified arborists and know what they are doing. We used their services again this year and were not disappointed. They are fair priced, very careful and respectful of your property, respond quickly to fit you in, and leave your yard clean and in great shape. A day after the tree work, we had a heavy rain that uprooted 2 large bushes. I called to see if they could handle that small job, and they came out within 2 hours, removed the bushes, loaded them on their truck, and refused to take any money. Needless to say, we will continue to call James Tree Service on all future needs.

James Tree Service does great work. They've done our tree trimming and pruning for 3 years, including some major pruning after the big freeze last year. They are an awesome father/son team, communicate very clearly to find out exactly what needs to be done, and know a lot about trees and pruning to answer questions and deliver a very nice looking result. I'm happy to have them to call each season when my trees and larger bushes need attention.

Did a great job trimming 4 oak tress. Very professional and the clean-up was perfect.

I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment on Wednesday. They showed up on time, called when they got here, and were courteous and quick and got rid of 2 stumps for me for very reasonable price. Then they answered questions about my front yard trees and quickly quoted me a reasonable price for trimming. 100% good review and will use them again. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend James Tree Service. I have lived in my current home for almost 10 years and have hired James Tree Service for two different tree service jobs over the past 14 months. In prior years I had used one of the other popular tree service companies in the area. I found James Tree Service so much easier to work with and get work estimated, scheduled and completed. Their process is efficient. They are very customer service oriented and care about getting the job done to the customer's satisfaction. I believe their prices are very reasonable as well.

They just finished taking care of two good sized trees and we couldn’t be happier with everything they did for us!

We called about removing a tree late Saturday. They arrived on time early Monday morning. They were very professional, cleaned everything up, and finished early afternoon. We are very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

We had an old Red Oak in our front yard that was dying. James Tree Service returned our call immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. They gave us a reasonable quote and started working on it promptly the following day. They took down the tree and did maintenance on 4 other Oak trees in our yards. Everything was very professionally done and their clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Called James Tree Service right before closing time and left a message expecting a call the next day, but ten minutes later, I received a call back from Markos. On a Thursday night, he said he couldn't make it out to my house until Saturday, which was fine by me. He called me Friday and said he could come out later that day, and I said that would be fine. I told him what I needed done, and he gave me a very reasonable bid, which I accepted. I asked when he could start the job, and he said the next day. They completed the work, and they exceeded our expectations. So, if you're looking for someone who will provide prompt service at a reasonable price and exceed your expectations, I highly recommend James Tree Service. They did a great job, and I will be sure to call them with our business in the future!!!!
