It was my first time using Dream Team and I cannot recommend them enough! I initially booked them because they use Branch Basics which is what I use since I value non-toxic products. But what really blew my away was their customer service, friendliness, and Alex. Alex was our cleaner and he did a fantastic job. He was professional, on time, and did a perfect job. I was in the process of moving out of a 4800 sqft house and was in need of a cleaning company to help me with my move-out clean. I found Dream Team Premier Cleaning through very creative and informative social media ads which immediately grabbed my attention. I had already received a few quotes from other companies where their prices were so high, that I was almost about to decide to just do the cleaning myself in order to save the money. To get one last quote before deciding, I contacted the Dream Team and was immediately contacted by Annie, the owner and CEO of the company. She arranged to meet me at the house later that afternoon so she could view the property and give me a fair and honest estimate. After doing so, she quoted me a price that was not only significantly lower priced than her competitors, but it was a price that I had originally expected to pay and a price that I thought was commensurate with the amount of cleaning that had to be done. I immediately booked with her and the Dream Team and the rest just fell into place.

The companies communication is superb and they keep in touch with you every step of the way, providing you with appointment reminders, travel ETA’s and other information about your services. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work. Annie and Alex did such an amazing job on my home and they “left no stone unturned”. Their attention-to-detail was impeccable and they cleaned things from top to bottom—even areas where I wasn’t expecting them to clean! Annie, I’ll tell you, is an absolute perfectionist and she is SUPER meticulous about providing you with THE BEST service that they can provide. When done, she takes the time to do a final walkthrough with you and show you everything that they did and more importantly, ensure that you are totally satisfied with everything before they walk out of your home. Alex and Annie simply exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier or more confident that I’m moving out of a home that is being presented to the next owners to be as clean as it can be.

Great cleaning company! We use them for my grandmas house in Austin Texas! Bi weekly is the best for us!

I found Dream Team after looking through reviews of several different companies in the area. I have had a bad experience with a previous cleaning service I used years ago and I was very nervous about who I would have come in my home. I knew I needed reliability, family friendly products and a company that could be understanding of my expectations.
Annie is communicative, friendly, detail oriented and very understanding when I explained my concerns. Annie and Shonda performed the deep clean at my house and they did a fantastic job. Annie did a walkthrough with me before and after, even fine tuning some things she noticed during the final walkthrough. It really shows she and the crew care about the job they do.
Our house looked and smelled great. I love the subtle natural scent that was left in the air unlike the overbearing artificial fragrances that are typically used.
