1st Stop Window Cleaning did a large pressure washing job for me on the patio around my pool. They made it look like brand new! They were careful with the stone and keeping the runoff out of the pool. We would gladly have them back to do other projects for us.

Very reliable and they provide a top professional window cleaning service. We also used them in December to put up Christmas lights for us and they will even store the lights off season for you. Highly recommend them!

Hilario was friendly, professional, and great to work with. Our realtor recommended 1st Stop to do a make ready cleaning to prep a house for the market and they did a great job. They gave us a fair price and were easy to book once the house was ready for them. What impressed me the most was that when we told Hilario that they missed a couple of small items, he came back out to take care of them the next day. We'd definitely use 1st Stop again.

I have a house full of senior Great Danes that are fosters and rescues. They don't always make it outside in time for the bathroom. Vacuuming and scrubbing the floors myself only goes so far. My floors look great and my house smells so clean after they used their heavy duty equipment to get the grime up. I'm so pleased with their service. Highly recommend to others. Very good value.

10/10 recommend this family-owned business! They went above and beyond with our upholstery cleaning (recliner, dining chairs, bar stools, sectional). They were able to lift almost all of the stains acquired by our toddler over the last 2 years. Looking forward to booking them for our floor cleaning next!

I highly recommend Royalty Carpet & Tile Cleaning. They are very friendly, professional and did an amazing job. We were on a time crunch and they worked with us. We had 9 classroom bathrooms and 4 public restrooms that need to be steamed clean and sealed. The restrooms look new again.

They did such a great job getting my carpets cleaned! And my carpets had taking a real beating with two teenagers, two dogs and two cats. They were friendly and professional and I will definitely use them again!

Royalty Carpet did a fantastic job! Scheduling was easy, they were communicative and efficient, and were even able to remove coffee stains that I assumed were permanent. Our five year old carpet now looks brand new again!

A family owned company that truly cares about great customer service!

They were all fantastic to communicate with, very informative about the process, punctual, fair priced, and got our white tile floors looking brand new again!

They were just amazing. They came out on a Friday evening because they were booked up on Saturday, which was really great. I was working from home while they cleaned and they were very kind, efficient and professional. The carpets look wonderful and the cat urine smell is gone! I'm so glad they came out. Also, I has turned down by 2 other companies because I live on the 3rd floor and their equipment wouldn't reach. Not Royalty, the hooked up the hoses over the balcony to the parking lot and served me beautifully anyway. I can't recommend them enough.

I’m blown away. We moved into a new home and debated replacing the carpet, but opted to have it cleaned instead. Kelly and Craig did an incredible job on my floors and stairs. It was the most thorough carpet cleaning that I have ever seen. I also love the hassle free online scheduling and no fluff pricing - there were no hidden costs or price changes at payment time. If you need your carpets cleaned and you’re debating which company to give your business to, it’s this one.

These guys are amazing! Used them several years ago and had awesome results (we have two dogs and a puppy at the time and our rug came back new!) used them again this week and again stellar results!! (My I laws dog is not fixed and had marked his spot on our beautiful rug 😫 but it is fresh and new again! ) thank you guys so much for your quality and excellent customer service.

Great service! Kelly and Craig were awesome and did great work. It was very easy to schedule and get them out to treat and clean my carpet. Kelly listened to my concerns and explained what they would do and then explained what they found and the best way to treat it. I will definitely do business with them again.
