First time scheduling a cleaning with the company and chose to do the deep cleaning option. Annie came to the house for a consultation prior and went over in detail what was to be expected. Annie was very transparent in every aspect of the cleaning from Consultation to Cleaning day.

This team uses Nontoxic Brand cleaning solutions which was one of my deciding factors in hiring them. This shows concerns for not only customers but their employees also to not be exposed to harmful cleaning solvents.

I enjoyed that I was able to customize what I wanted included/excluded for the clean. I was able to contact Annie prior to the clean date to let her know what I wanted excluded from the clean and they happily obliged. You can do a basic clean and just add on one of the options from the deep clean, due to time and/or what's needed. I do enjoy having this option in a cleaning service.

Day of cleaning Annie, Alexandria and Felicity showed up on time and I had received a friendly ETA text prior to arrival. All three of the ladies did a fantastic job and asked questions of what I preferred in certain areas if they weren't sure. I appreciated this instead of just assuming what the customer wants, great Customer Service.

Annie was training Felicity during my clean. I thought it was nice to see how a company treats their employees during their training and/or how they work together. From what I overheard, Annie was very through in explaining the cleaning process and was hands on in showing the proper way of cleaning vents and very encouraging of verbally telling her crew that they were doing a good job. Alexandria did an awesome job as well and felt they worked well together to get what I wanted cleaned in the estimated time given.

They were also very accommodating to our pet situation as well.

I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs and will have a reoccurring basic clean each month. I was satisfied with finished job, especially the oven, looks brand new. Thank you ladies for all your hard work and a fantastic job!

I am so happy with the basic cleaning package I got. The team was so kind, helpful and focused the little details. They have such a great hospitality expertise and left my place sparkling clean using eco friendly and non toxic products. I will definitely be using them on a monthly basis for my cleaning services.

Amazing service!! Alex is super thorough, he shows up for 3h (or more) and I just have specific tasks for him since I usually clean my house myself. He tackles them efficiently and always offer to clean more!

Annie and her team did a fantastic beautiful job in my home. Annie is such a delight and very personable and really just wants to make your space sparkle. She takes such pride in her work and wants to make sure you are happy with what she’s done. I love that all the cleaners are non-toxic and worked great cleaning the harder to clean areas. I love that they wear shoe covers while cleaning as well. I will definitely use their services again. Great job Dream Team!

After a scheduling mishap, Annie went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of for my move out clean, arriving with another cleaner after hours to not only get the job done, but to get the job done right.
