Justin from The CanMan came out and spent a great deal of time assessing our home and walking us through exactly what they could do. He provided a detailed quote, complete with video and clear explanations of the recommended work. Seeing everything laid out visually made the decision easy.

Once we moved forward, their communication was excellent—they kept us updated every step of the way. We also had the chance to meet one of the owners, Chase, who was just as friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused as Justin. Their entire crew was professional, thorough, and extremely easy to work with.

Highly suggest you use CanMan services. We had rats eating all of our PEX piping in the attic literally flooding 5 rooms and 2 main closets. This company was quick, responsive, knowledgeable. Justin is the main front man we saw first. He quickly sent Joey and his crew over the next day because of our extreme circumstances. They sealed up our attic and put in cameras and traps to catch these critters. I feel like we are in excellent hands!

The CanMan quickly incorporated me into their route after reaching out to them and sent a personalized text message letting me know that my service was complete! Andrew even moved my cans back up to my house upon completion (accompanied by this photo)! Customer service and quality of service are top tier! Highly recommend. 10/10.

Andrew was very nice and did an excellent job cleaning our trash can. Originally we were supposed to have 2 cans set out to be cleaned but one had trash in it. He went above and beyond and knocked on our door to ask about the other can. Our can have never smelled better! This was our first time getting them cleaned and I'm glad I did. It's nice to do business with a company that says they are going to do something and follows through with it! I definitely recommend The CanMan!

CanMan in Rockwall is hands down the best! I’ve been using their service for nearly a year since moving into my home in area, and they continue to impress me every single time. Today, Andrew came out and did an exceptional job my trash cans are spotless and smell amazing. Honestly, they’re so clean I hesitate to even put trash in them!

What really stood out was Andrew’s thoughtfulness. After cleaning the cans, he didn’t just leave them at the curb he brought them back up my driveway without me asking. But it wasn’t just the clean cans that impressed me it was the kindness and care Andrew showed. Not only did he take the time to bring my cans back up to the driveway after cleaning them, but he also gave my daughter a sweet surprise a pink rubber ducky that said “Jesus loves you.” As a faith-filled household, that small gesture was more than expected . My daughter was overjoyed and couldn’t stop smiling. It absolutely made her day and mines.

Was interested in The CanMan for their pest services. Scheduling was very easy and when Justin came out he was very professional and gave us a walk through of all of our options with their services. We went with the Garage door jamb install and Trim seal-up whole-home. This service was done to ensure no pest could enter the crevices of our home and garage. Cade the owner even came by himself to make sure the work was done to satisfactory. I love the service that is provided which is hard to come by these days and I love that they record everything that they do and at the end of the service you review the recording on a tablet. Therefore you are never unsure of what was done. I will definitely continue to use their services for pest control.

The Can Man experience has been well worth the money. We have had 10’s of THOUSANDS of dollars in rat damage through the years (2 cars wiring harnesses (btw insurance will cover), handy men obscuring (not as good as the pros) attic damage, and a hot tub our repair person gave up on sooo no hot tub oh and we HAD a mosquito misting system that every year we had to replace tubing on until we got tired of it ) and our house was beinging toooo SMELL!

We just did an entire house over bc we watched our neighbors do it. We had all the insulation removed and replaced, all intrusion points sealed along with a disinfectant that is sprayed throughout the entire attic (dont forget gene hackmans wife died of hanta virus spread by rodents) and TCM is so professional, they take the time to paint match all metal work when sealing holes to match your exterior trim so it blends seamlessly.

You may think it cost a lot but until you see the level of work thats done with care, courtesy and professionalism, the crew of workers that attend to your home day after day, you will see this is no little handyman work.

Im a pet lover, i thought the smell was from my dogs, through out the years we got rid of all rugs, tore out carpet and completed with all hardwood floors. Ive had small rodents for pets, dont clean theirs cage often enough, THEY STINK! Can you imagine, rodents living in your insulation for years?! The amount of rat pee and poop?! THAT is where the smell comes from. I STOPPED haven’t ppl over, i use to entertain all the time and was so proud of our beautiful home, then i lost it only to be found again.

Dont let this happen to you, dont blow it off bc you cant see them and they are not in the body of your house, they are literally peeing and pooping disease all over your home, call the professionals and do it bf you need all your insulation removed, dont be us. But if you do need your insulation removed, wow do these guys have an amazing system! Big tubes that vacuum it all up and these amazing wall pads put up to protect your walls and paint. Just an awesome job!

Oh, and communication is above par! They send you photo documentation throughout the entire process and a complete movie/video of the entire process at the end. We will continue to have them as our yrly monitoring company so this never becomes a problem again .
