I had them come do an initial clean which was ok considering they charge more for the first time.

The most recent experience was awful - mirrors had streaks, rugs were not moved/hair underneath, I had to wipe down counters again bc they were still sticky in spots. The bathroom shower door still had water spots all over it.

A lot of cleaning services will put things in order for you too - i.e. bathroom counter items but they didn't even bother with that.

They took over a week to even respond to the issue.

They offered a free deep clean but the way things were done prior I didn't really see a point.

Excellent deep clean, attention to detail, ladies were so nice and professional as well.

Lorena, Zoe, Mecaila and Kayla completed a much needed deep clean of my house. They were very thorough and left no space untouched. They were mindful of fragile of items and nothing broke. It was great coming home to a nice clean house. We will be doing regular cleanings moving forward. Great service!!!!

This place was willing to work with me on a time that I was able to work with them. I work from home during the day so it’s difficult to be able to arrange for main service. The representative was very thoughtful nice and polite. I would suggest The service to anyone!

We were so impressed with our first cleaning. We had been getting our house cleaned by another company and were unimpressed. Now I can’t remember why we didn’t go with Sparkling Queens in the first place. We were already happy with our cleaning and my husband was very pleased with the extra touches like our coffee maker was cleaned and how shiny our floors were.

Jackie and Heather did such an amazing job on the deep clean of my house! They were very efficient and managed their time well. They were both extremely nice and I would definitely recommend this company! The customer service with booking the cleaning was also extremely helpful and quick to respond each time whether that be call or text.

We recently got a deep clean service from Joy of Clean as my wife and I were expecting a newborn in a few weeks. We were quoted a "Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning" for $544 with a 100 dollar discount if we chose recurring clean every month. A "General clean" is quoted $291 without discount. We wanted the house to clean and free of dirt to welcome our new family member, so we opted to go go with the Deluxe Deep Clean with recurring clean. To put the price in perspective, when my house was damaged by the 2021 ice freeze and required flooring replacement, I had a cleaning group came and cleaned the entire house after the repair for approximately $300. The house was far more dirty due to the dust and residual dusting from not being deep clean for years. I was recommended to this company by a family member. The service was supposed to start at 1 PM on Friday but they arrived a bit late, which was understandable. After inspecting around the house, I received a phone call from a company representative telling us that they will need to charge an extra $60 because the cleaners will have to stay until 5:30PM to clean since the original scheduled time was from 1PM to 3:30PM. I happily agreed and accommodated despite being previously quoted $544. Having had a positive experience with a service and knowing that Joy of Clean was a credible company, I left the house to run errands while my pregnant wife stayed home. At about 5PM, I was called by the company saying that the cleaners have finished and there may be spots that may not be cleaned yet and that they will come back at the next monthly visit. That to me sounded unfair because if I wasn’t happy with the initial cleaning, they would left my cleaning unfinished. Places that weren't clean included the laundry room, lights not wiped down, closets remain undusted, rugs not vacuumed (we left pieces of black cloth on the rugs on purpose to see if they vacuum them). As soon as I got home, the top shelves of the closets in the house were uncleaned and full of dust. My pregnant wife asked them if they could finish cleaning that so we can start placing baby items on top. The attitude she got was full of grudge. They removed the containers (2) on top and dust off quickly, and did not replace them back despite being asked by my wife since she couldn’t reach that high and unable to climb a ladder. So I called back asking them to finish the cleaning on another date on the company time since they guarantee satisfaction with their service. I was informed that I would be called back by a scheduler from the company. Well, one month after that service, no one has called me back. After receiving the bill, I noticed they also charged me a further $20 dollar on top of $444 ($544 - $100 discount) and the $60 additional time fee, for a “lead tech fee”, which I wasn’t informed about. Either way, I took my loss and hired another private cleaner that was referred by a Realtor friend, who charged me far less and did a far better service. I would not personally recommend this company because they failed to stand behind their promise despite the higher fees that I was charged. I was deeply disappointment and was left with a negative feeling instead of feeling satisfied that my child would be welcomed to a clean home that she would be comfortable with.

Extremely unprofessional. I booked this company weeks in advance and clearly explained that I’m sensitive to strong scents and didn’t want photos of my home shared online. They said it was fine and confirmed the appointment—then cancelled twenty minutes before they were supposed to arrive because of those same requests. Total lack of respect for my time and zero accountability. If you value reliability or professionalism, look elsewhere. * You texted me on the Saturday before my Monday appointment, saying you don't use air freshners or highly scented products. I know products have SOME scent to them. You texted saying, that's fine. then TWENTY MINS before you were scheduled to be at my house on Monday, you texted me saying your cancelling the appointment. I also have a text from Oct 20th about me not wanting photos of my home shared on social media: Good morning, Robbie! "Thank you so much for letting us know. We completely understand your concern and will make sure not to send a photographer to your home 💖 Just to clarify, our cleaners do take quick before-and-after photos of the areas they clean. This helps us ensure quality and consistency in our service. The photos are used internally only and never shared outside our team. Please let us know if you have any questions or specific requests regarding that." But now all of a sudden it's a problem. I can't be the only client who doesn't want photos of their personal home blasted on social media. Don't try to twist this around, you acted in the utmost unprofessional manner, saying everything is fine, until 20 mins before someone was supposed to be at my house to cancel. I don't know what the real issue is, maybe you don't want to work in a home with security cameras. What home doesn't have security cameras nowadays? Or maybe you don't want to drive to my neighborhood. Either way, your reasoning that it's bc I don't want photos of my home on social media, or air fresheners used is 100% a cop out. Those are simple and reasonable requests. Your last min cancellation just reveals how disingenuous you are and a reflection of how you run your business. I am very glad I am not doing business with you and hope others heed this warning.
