Gerrie, Jackie, Teresa and Krista came to clean our new house and they were wonderful! They asked me from the beginning what my concerns were, did a walk-thru before and after, and were charismatic and seemed to really like and appreciate their job. I contacted the Joy of clean to get a deep cleaning service before having a baby. I had really wanted to be able to get a deep clean but I couldn't myself.
I was contacted very swiftly after booking to confirm my services and the date and time.
The cleaners showed up on time and were very professional. I really appreciated the attention to detail they had for everything from my baseboards to the couch.
I went ahead and signed up for monthly cleaning when I scheduled the deep clean and I'm glad I did.

Update: I now have recurring services and Jessica came to clean out house this morning. It looks great and she was Professional and polite as the first team that came out.

Fantastic Service. We were very pleased with the quality of work. Dani, Brandon and Jackie were very personable and showed excellent attention to detail. We also loved how they had a supervisor come out to inspect their work and make sure they were cleaning to a high standard. Thanks Kristen for your input. I especially liked that they all seem to love their jobs. They were warm, friendly and had great smiles. We would definitely recommend their services. This was our first cleaning with this company and we will continue to use their cleaning services on a regular basis.

Great customer service! Zack who I spoke with on the phone was amazing, and definitely took the time to chat with me before and after the clean to make sure the job was done right! Even during the clean I got a call to let me know that they were scheduled to be done on time, and I got text messages with updates throughout the whole process. The two employees who came to clean our place were quick and efficient, and waited while my roommate and I gave the apartment a once over before giving them to go ahead to leave. They wanted to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction before finishing up which I really appreciated. Overall this was an amazing experience, and I would definitely use Joy of Clean again for any needs in the future!

Just had my first clean (of many) with Sparkling Queens. I am incredibly please with the professionalism, care, and expediency of my team. I’m typically a very clean person but having Sparkling Queens out to clean my home has taken it the extra step and has made my house feel amazing!

We had our house deep cleaned and were so happy with the results we signed up for regular cleanings. Everyone has been very sweet and helpful. Gerrie in particular has been cleaning our house with 4 large dogs and manages to leave it spotless each time. My daughter especially looks forward to the way she arranges her stuffed animals on the bed! I highly recommend their services and requesting Gerrie!

Favorite day of the month is when the Sparkle Queens come! They are detailed and do a good job. I highly recommend using them.

Lorena and zoe did an amazing job cleaning my 4bd/1bath house. It was my wife and I with our dogs, a corgi and a German shepherd. You can only imagine how much hair they shed. They cleaned the rental house better than when we got the house at move in. Super nice people from the front end talking to Sissiane to meeting the cleaners at the walk thru before they start cleaning. Highly recommend and would use again if we were to move back closer to garland.
