I am visiting from out of town and needed to have my dad’s house cleaned. I found Sparkling Queens online, saw they had fabulous reviews and reached out. Well, the service is done and they have lived up to the hype and name!

I loved everything about my service! First off, loved the ease of communication and scheduling. I was able to text and get it scheduled and receive updates over text and email. I received a text letting me know the crew was on their way and their eta. Cardelia and Lorena were fantastic! The house was dirty but they weren’t worried and dug right in. They were friendly, knowledgeable and not afraid of the job ahead. The house looks so clean now! At the end of the service, we walked through the house to make sure it all looked great and to see if there were any areas to retouch. There weren’t. Highly recommend!

We have our 1st grandbaby arriving any day, so I had them come for a deep clean. We are at ease knowing our home is prepared for a newborn to visit.
The ladies showed up on time and well prepared with their own supplies and equipment. I left to be out of their way, and returned to a sparkling clean home that smells fresh, deodorized and sanitized. No cobweb or dust bunny was left standing.
The Queens take great care of our antiques, breakables and valuables, and treat our 3 beloved dogs like we do.
I immediately signed up for recurring cleanings (with a special offer on my next few cleans!) and can finally relax knowing they will take great care of our home and sanctuary so I can continue to care for my family.
Even my husband who hated the idea of having strangers in our home is impressed!
If you want a professional, well organized, detail oriented crew that years your home with care and your pets like their own, you have found your service - I know I have and am never looking back!

First off let me start off by saying that everyone was very nice and professional. I requested the deep clean and added on two blinds to be handwashed. The first issue is the amount of time that was allocated for these two workers was not sufficient for a deep cleaning. They were not even able to complete what I requested even with an added hour. By the end it became rushing. The ladies did work hard and were nice but I was expecting more. When we did the walk through at the end my kitchen floor was still sticky and she said she will come back in and remop , there were crumbs still on the counter, and there was a blue powder (cleaning stuff maybe) on the top of my master bath shower bar, the shelf in my master shower still showed grime. In my kids bathroom the cabinet door came off but I think its more of a loose screw than them. Then she went to her car and forgot to come back in and remop and clean the crumbs off the counter. It was a long day so maybe she forgot ***CORRECTION*** (I told her that I would remop,she did not forget to come back in). So in the end I was not satisfied with what I ordered and what I got. I would recommend for a everyday clean or just a quick clean but I would not recommend for a deep spring cleaning. Again they were very nice, professional and on time. Unfortunately the end results were not satisfactory.

As a mom and business owner, I often don’t have time to keep my house as clean as I’d like so having Sparkling Queens clean my home has been a lifesaver! I’ve never seen my home shine like this before. Every corner, surface, and hidden spot was spotless. They don’t miss a thing. Their cleaner was punctual, friendly, and completely professional from start to finish. You can tell they take pride in their work; even the air felt fresher when they were done.

I am a newbie, so I really didn’t know what to expect. Pleasantly surprised when FOUR young ladies showed up at my door. They worked like a well oiled machine and had my house cleaned in an hour! Couldn’t be happier!

On one hand I want to write a review to tell everyone how fantastic this company is, but on the other I don't want to share them...but I feel like the secret is already out since their 5 star reviews are quickly growing! We had our first service with them last week and the communication about scheduling leading up to the cleaning and afterwards for scheduling recurring cleaning services has been nothing short of fantastic. You can tell such thought has gone into the entire customer experience from start to finish and they did such a thorough job! They genuinely wanted to know what my priorities were for the house as we did a before-clean-walk-through and they definitely delivered! I was gone while they cleaned and only my husband was home. I came home and checked the usual spots that every other company has missed in our home and they were all spotless and perfectly clean. If you're scrolling through reviews, just go ahead and stop and hire Sparkling Queens!

From the moment I opened the front door and saw that big smile, all of my anxiety about a new service was gone!! They did a fabulous job! Above and beyond what I expected!! Will book them monthly.

I scheduled a deep clean and my home has never looked better. The ladies cleaning were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Management was easy to work with and very responsive. I plan to use them for regular cleaning! (And I plan to do one of these deep cleans once a year! —a bday present to myself!)

My first time I didn’t know what to expect. Couldn’t have been more pleased when not one, but FOUR young ladies showed up and went right to work. Within an hour, they had my home “sparkling” clean! Highly recommended!

Payed over 400 dollars for a deep clean and I was 100% unsatisfied. They didn't clean my floors half cleaned my bathroom, I had to redo the toilet myself. They didn't clean the majority of my surfaces. They don't even try to clean on your surfaces if you have anything on them. I have had my house deep cleaned several times and I have never been this unsatisfied. They offered a free oven clean and didn't do that either. They left early and I did not do a walk through because they left early. I immediately called with my complaints. They did offer a reclean, but if they couldn't get it right the first time I didn't see the point of them coming back at that point I'll just do it myself. They do not offer refunds. I will not be using them again.

The team that visited us for our initial deep clean was exceptional. They are detailed oriented and extremely friendly. We both work from home, and they worked around our schedules and being on client calls in our offices. Shout out to Mecaila, Cassandra, Hailey & Gabriela. Can't wait to get on a recurring biweekly, so our house is always sparkling clean !

Phenomenal! From my initial interaction of getting a quote all the way through after the cleaning everyone was amazing and kind! They did a great job cleaning . Everything was spotless and they made up my couch and window nook 10x better than I ever have . Will continue to use this service !

My son gave me a house cleaning for my birthday. It was the BEST present ever. Sparkling Queen cleaning was incredible! I’ve decided to continue their service based on what an amazing job they did today!

I would not recommend this company.
I was not pleased with their first clean service, which cost significantly more to cover extra time to have a more detailed clean, okay that’s fine- but I received a hurried, half-effort clean. I contacted company and had many photos to show that the job was not done to any cleaning standards. (Surfaces left undusted; toilets still dirty; nothing wiped off; mopping before actually sweeping, so it just smeared dirt, etc. EtC!) It then became MY job to have to instruct the ladies they sent where and how to properly clean where they missed? Uh, what!? No, no! Very bad business model. Bad cleaning. Not worth the money. Never offered any type of reimbursement. I’m still quite upset with this company the more I think about it, as I was a desperate post-partum mom who just needed some help/ and instead I paid 330 dollars for more stress and still had a dirty house.

Edit to add -
Owner replied that a partial reimbursement was given. This is completely false. I actually asked for a partial reimbursement and was told they never do that.
- from the get- go I booked with a $30 off coupon for booking within a week of quote. After service was done, this $30 was not honored- so I had to call and ask and make sure it was given. Luckily I had a paper trail. This was not a reimbursement.

Taylor and her Sparkling Queens team have been awesome. They came in during a super hard time for our family and were so gracious and cleaned so throughly. I knew and liked Taylor's professionalism and efficiency through her old company and Sparkling Queens is even better.

They are only a cleaning company, they aren't going to declutter or reorganize but they are amazing cleaners.
