This company is awesome. First of all back in July I called them on a Friday evening desperate about my 25 yr. old a/c unit that we been patching up for last few years. I called late Friday afternoon, Had complete new system installed next day. Saturday at that. Fast forward to today, They call me yesterday to tell me it’s time for free (Yes free) maintenence service. Jaxon was scheduled for 11:00 called Ma to ask if it was O.K. To come early. Again service is awesome with these guys. Highly recommend!

David Wilson did amazing work and was very professional. We had milestone come out first and quoted us for several thousand dollars more than what David did for the same work. We obviously went with Arthur Heating & Air to have our downstairs AC unit replaced and have our upstairs one repaired. This is a family owned business that offers top notch work and will take care of you.

Arthur Heating and Air is highly recommended! I had a concern with my installation, so l text David. He has me scheduled for the next day to have someone at my house to take care of it. The technician (Kyler) showed up on time, was very courteous, and knew exactly what I was talking about. Within less than half an hour they had the issue taken care of, field tested, and everything cleaned up.

He showed me exactly what was wrong and even gave me some tips on how to maintain my system better in the future. I really value a technician who is willing to share their expertise rather than keeping things vague. Efficient, professional, and very thorough.

Horrible service

We had a toilet to break upstairs and flood the upstairs and overflowed to the downstairs. It’s was a big job that lasted for 7 months so we got to know staff very well. They were there within 30 minutes of the call and immediately started working. Billy was our contact person who oversaw the job and we couldn’t have asked for any better service. He followed up with the contractors and adjusters for us and that relieved so much pressure on us. We have never had to deal with anything like this before and he walked us through it with ease. Everyone that worked at our house was respectful, kind and followed through with what they said they would do. I can’t imagine going through something like this without the help of Servpro and their supportive staff. I pray that we don’t ever have to go through this again but if we do, I’d call them immediately and never look back. I’d give them a 10 star if that was an option!!!!

I had a water leak in my bathroom and SWAT restoration did an excellent job at cleaning up the damage that it caused. They also did such a wonderful job of restoration that my bathroom looks much better now than it did before the leak. I highly recommend SWAT for all your cleanup, repair, restoration, and remodeling needs!

Rental i got was fine and staff was ok

Roman has veen responsive, rates are reasonable and knows his job well. He is practical and honest to share perspectives about what is possible and what is not. I ha e hired him twice now and pleases with the outcome.

I’ve spent years looking for an honest electrician and I happy to say I finally found one.

Roman and is crew are hands down the best electricians I’ve ever used. I hired them to do a re-wiring of my 1960’s home since it had aluminum wiring. This was quite a complicated job since we were going to be living in the home as the re-wiring work as happening. Roman gave a very fair price on the re-wire based on all the other quotes I received.

Roman and his crew are very nice and do very good work. The job did take longer than initially estimated since additional complications were discovered as work continued which is ok because I rather someone do the job right than fast.

There were issues were discovered through the job that required a scope change, however Roman was never pushy on the scope change and provided the necessary information for me to decide whether or not to proceed with the scope change. I really appreciated that honesty.

Overall I recommend Roman and his crew for any electrical job no matter how complicated it is.

I've used Roman a couple times and he's been awesome. He's put up a 12ft chandelier, added new recessed lighting and rewired a few switches and outlets for us. The work he does is great, he's always on time, he's responsive and his prices are more than fair. If only he did plumbing...

I can't say enough good things about Roman and his team.Their work is clean and thorough.They were on time, carried out the work professionally, quietly & with minimal interruptions to me, and kept me informed throughout the process as needed. This tech was assigned by Choice Home Warranty. First of all I should've known something was up when the tech wanted me to take pictures of my water heater and text them to him to eliminate him having to come out to my home. When I received the price it was higher than the first quote I received so I told him I would question Choice about it. I agreed to the price and the next day texted and called the technician twice telling him we were a go and asking when I could expect him out. There was no response. Choice finally made contact after 2 days and he claimed he was waiting to hear form me. Choice said the appointment was set up. The day before the appointment I along with Choice tried to reach him to confirm he was still coming and no answer. I then asked them to reassign to another tech due to no response and frankly I didn't trust having him in my home if he could do business this way. They screwed up by cancelling and re-assigning the job back to the same company. He then called me the same day asking if I had it reassigned. I told him due to no response I asked Choice to re-assign because it was at the time a week and a half with no hot water in my home. The day of the appointment he no showed. Later that evening he answered claiming his appointments filled up for that day when I re-assigned. He then set the new appointment for the following business day, which was a Monday. (Another weekend with no hot water). I called Monday morning to confirm the time and to no surprise no response from him. I texted also with no reply. I called Choice and they reached out with no response. The appointment time came and went and he no showed again. Finally the next day. I told Choice to cancel the job and re-assign it again. All I can assume is that he makes enough money off other clients so it's not important to him to treat everyone with respect and courtesy. Not to mention I feel he retaliated for me trying to have it re-assigned by no showing and teaching me a lesson. Well, I did in fact learn my lesson and that is get things in writing and to take notes from the beginning because not everyone can be trusted to be honest and do their jobs.

Roman and his team did an amazing job. They installed 2 chandeliers on my 20 ft walls which was too scary for me. They were quick and super easy. Not only that, they were the best priced. 110% happy with my choice.

I will definitely use them again for future projects.

I have solar panels with IES Texas Solar for about 2 years now. I haven't had any issues yet and the process from beginning to end was very smooth. I highly recommend!
