Luis did a great job he was clean and efficient took pictures and showed me before and after

Lowe's air duct cleaning was excellent. The service technician, Ernesto Barrera, did a fantastic job cleaning all the vents, which had quite a lot of dust and debris. I really appreciate the terrific job he did.

The technician, Javier, did a really great job. He took his time, seemed very thorough, and he even took pictures like I requested. Lowe’s did a great job and cleaned out so much dirt from my ducts, especially the dryer. I would definitely use them again!

Hi. After reaching out to several different companies, Lowe's was my best option. I was able to get a n appointment within the next week of me reaching out to them. Mr. Juan was very professional and neat. He is very patient. Mr. Juan, didn't mind me asking him questions or watch while he worked. I will recommend Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning services.

They did a great job cleaning out our dryer duct. Highly recommend!

Javier did a good job at reasonable amount of time. He was very friendly and helpful. He did wear the Booties inside the house and he did clean up behind him. Overall hard working person.

Excellent service from Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning! Juan was professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning our dryer vent. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. Highly recommend!

Mr. Ortiz called me an hour before to notify me that he was coming and arrived on time. He went straight to work and cleaned my dryer vent in about 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with the service he provided

Luis showed up on time and explained the process clearly. We were fortunate not to have to move any furniture since we had not moved in yet. He completed the work in under 3 hours (2 systems, 31 vents both return air and supply, access panels in furnace room ducts we already cut from previous cleanings). He also cleaned up all debris after the work. Great job, very efficient.

They did a awesome job. My HVAC sistem was very bad, now it's like new. Jose Medina did a great job, he is very patient and professional, when you do your appointment ask for him. 100% recommended 👌 👍.

Called Lowes to have someone come out to clean our dryer vent. The technicians met their window time frame, kept us updated and informed throughout the cleaning process. I will definitely use them in the future for any HVAC needs! Price was reasonable!

Juan came the morning after I called, and was respectful and tidy. Did a good job cleaning everything out, and showed me pictures afterward. Price was lower than several other bids I received.

My technician wasn’t the mostly friendly. I had to ask several questions during the appointment about information that should have been shared. I shared that I thought I would get a call before he arrived and he proceeded to pull out his phone, put it in my face, and share that he did call with an attitude. I told him I apologized and must have missed the call. He was then annoyed I asked him to put on shoe covers because they were not provided. At the end of the service he said he was done and needed me to pay so he could leave. I had to first ask for the before and after photos I’m supposed to receive during the service. I also asked him to walk me through the service. He was not going to share any of this. It seems he did a solid job but I’d rather work with someone else who isn’t rushing me or annoyed by my questions.

Javier provided excellent service! Very thorough and clean job. He showed us pictures before and after -WOW! We could tell the air was cleaner before he even left, and the house smells so fresh now. We will be calling on Lowe’s again for future needs!!

Omar was our technician and he did a very thorough job. We have 2 AC units and a lot of intakes and vents and also had our dryer vent cleaned, which is vented up the wall to the roof. We were shocked at how much stuff came out of that vent! In fact we had an error message on our dryer that said there was a problem and it’s running smooth now. I also appreciated the before and after photos. They are done with a phone and Omar shared as he went and we also received all of them afterward. It would be cool to see what the ducts looked like further up the line. Overall very pleased with the work and the results and would recommend Lowe’s.

Requested duct cleaning was thoroughly and professionally carried out by Lowe’s technician Oswaldo. Oswaldo was efficient and stopped periodically to show us before/after photos. He was respectful and just very pleasant. He did such a great job that we are going to book cleaning for 2 more houses in the family. Recommended without reservation!!

Jose gave me notice as to what time he was coming out. He arrived on time and took pictures before and after the air ducts were cleaned. I was very pleased by his workmanship and awesome personality. Jose did a wonderful job and I was extremely grateful that I chose Lowe’s air duct cleaning services.
