He was very transparent, honest and communicative. Most importantly the quality of installation was top notch. They made sure that the house was left as is, with zero trace of any packing, dust, debris, old equipment. When you saw “Peace of Mind” in their name, you thought it meant trust and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but. I reached out for help with my AC due to high energy bills, only to be met with rudeness and dismissal from a representative named CJ. He interrupted me, ignored my concerns, and after quoting a $125 minimum just to show up, sarcastically asked if I expected him to come for free—then hung up on me.
I genuinely want to support small businesses, but this was unprofessional and deeply disappointing. If you value respectful service, look elsewhere. I won’t be using or recommending them.

Promptly answered the call and were at my home to diagnose the issue. They gave a very fair cost for repair, managed the warranty returns and had my ac working within a day. Highly recommended.

CJ is great! Showed up on time and assessed the issue with my system quickly. He had the correct part in his truck and was able to make the repair right then. My AC is running right again. Amazing work. CJ was very professional, honest and punctual. I had my AC unit go out and was thinking oh boy here we go, now I have to spend thousands of dollars to replace the whole unit or something. CJ diagnosed it and got to work right away to replace a part of the AC so quick, got my AC up and running again within 30 minutes. Also, went to my attic and put a cover on the unit there that was missing. All and all I’m 💯 satisfied with his service and will definitely call him again when I need to get my AC unit cleaned and or serviced. Thank you once again!
