A lifesaver! Truly! Words cannot describe the gratitude my family has for CJ. A few Sunday’s ago our AC stopped working at almost little past 7pm. I immediately freaked out! I can’t deal with the heat right now plus I have special needs little boy and my 90 year old Grandpa living with me. We had seen CJ’s Work Truck in Sachse and we decided to contact him. He was immediately willing to help us even though his work day was over. Within the hour he was at my house and my AC was back up and running. Aug 9th in the afternoon we noticed our house was hot 85 degrees and realized that the AC stopped working. The fan was on but no cool air coming out. We did what we could to stop and restart the system to no avail. Then we called CJ. My dad spoke to him and explained our situation. He said he'd come out immediately. He had a family gathering planned but he took the time to come. He checked out our condenser and after some work was able to make the necessary repairs. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I'd recommend him and the company. I know my family will be using them again if needed.
