These are honest, hard working people. Their prices are fair, and they will go out of their way to explain any issues they find. I’ve even had one of them take pictures of hard to access areas to better explain things. I cannot recommend them enough.

Efficient Air and Heat is always our go-to AC and heating repair company. Yesterday evening, our A/C stop blowing cold air. I contacted John and they were out to the house in less than 30 minutes. We had a defective capacitor that was replaced, and cool air was restored within 1 hour of the time I contacted John.

These guys are awesome!!!! I've been with them for a couple of years now, and they always surpass my expectations: they are very honest, very reasonably priced and they are at my place as soon as they are able to be there. One time, at about 8.30 pm on a Saturday night in August, my AC stopped working, so I called Efficient Air and Heat and 30 minutes later, John came and fixed the problem. That was amazing!!!! If you ever had anything broken on the weekend, let alone your AC when it is 100+ degrees outside, you will know what I mean by 'amazing'... They are very professional and reliable!!!!

Called Friday evening. They responded immediately and sent someone out at 10am Saturday morning. A/C was repaired and house was cool by 1130. Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Will definitely recommend.

Dylon did a great job of analyzing the problem. Very quick and excellent replacement of our ac evaporator coil . Dylon has consistently been very knowledgeable about maintenance work and any needed repairs. Always has useful suggestions to improve our ac’s performance. Wow. Rarely do you come across someone in the service industry (repair / maintenance) who is clean cut, smart, punctual, AND HONEST. This young man was all of that and more. My AC was blowing hot air - he could have “found” anything and charges me for it. But he found loose wires and was gonna charge my nothing. Wow. I found my new forever AC and Heat guy.

No air was coming out of the registers. Tech came out the same day and diagnosed problem as a failed air handler motor. He installed a new motor and the system works perfectly. The repair cost was very fair. Impressed with the turnaround time.

We have used Silver Star Air Conditioning & Heating twice now, and they have not disappointed! They are extremely responsive, and they keep their word in terms of their appointment, and they provide good quality work! They will always have my business, I highly recommend!!

Juan was great he was the first one that picked up my call after several different companies trying to get someone to come out My AC just stopped working no power to the thermostat he picked up the phone and was over within the hour fixed it did a great job and did not overcharge very polite and on time an honest young man!
Update I called Juan back left him several text messages because the breaker he installed had already failed and it was supposed to have a 1-year warranty on it cuz he charged me almost $300 for a $50 breaker plus his diagnoses and he never returned my call he never returned my text messages so that's why I'm changing my review.

First... Juan is just a genuinely good, honest, humble business owner! We have been living in Fort Worth for a little over 3.5yrs. Our house is of a modern design that's 2.5 stories, our ceiling is at least 25ft high. Our roof is flat and that's where our AC compressor is located. We called several HVAC services... none of them were willing to go on the roof to service our system, none even had a ladder long enough to reach the top of the house (a 40 to 50 ft ladder is needed). Silverstar and Juan have been a lifesaver for us for the time we have been living here. They also installed and serviced the UV light attachment to our HVAC system... much love and appreciation for you Juan and Silverstar.

These guys, Silver Star, are very professional, providing detailed information on the issue and ensuring that I understand that issue. Also they made sure that I knew what was working correctly. I called them out to get a second opinion on a quote from another HVAC service company. I'm glad I did, those guys were trying to tell me things were wrong when they weren't.
