Beginnings of the summer heat and my blower died, they worked me in and replaced it so I had a cool house by that evening ☺️ didn't leave me suffering in the heat💕

Installation was perfect. Staff came on time and when they left you could not tell anyone had been on my property. Units are working as stated. I can give you my personal recommendation.

We've always had a great experience with Midair. Use them every year to maintain my unit, just like going to the doctor for a checkup. One thing is for sure, I don't want my air conditioner going out in the heat of the summer.

They arrived on time (actually they called to see if they could arrive earlier than schedule, which was fine by me). He had to really work to find the problem, and called for backup. They found and fixed the problem quickly and at a better price than I had imagined in my head. I definitely recommend this company.

This is the Cadillac of HVAC service, something you wouldnt expect being a family business. I have known the owners and managers for over 20 years, and I highly recommend Midair if you want the hvac work done right. From simple maintenance and repair, to large system installation, the Midair team will certaily deliver the best service.

Amazing air conditioning company. Been using them for years. I trust any if their employees always curiosity and respectful of my time. Friday, Dec 22 2017 I needed service for my furnace, which had quit working and the house was too cold for my 3 year old grandtwins. I had originally emailed for a service call but soon realized I needed the emergency service so I called the number they provided as an emergency line and left a voice mail requesting someone call as soon as possible. I received no answer and no response until Tuesday, 12/26/17 so I had to assume that no one checks their voice mail for emergencies during the holiday. When I had not received a call back on Friday, I went ahead and found a different company that came out despite the fact that they were due to close in 30 minutes and they didn't advertise after hours service. They now have my loyalty and I'll tell everyone about them. I will also tell everyone about Midair and their lack of concern for anyone else. When Midair did call, the caller seemed to want only to deny any fault("ma'am, we were closed") and said that she'd have them check the telephone lines to see if they were working properly. I told her that I knew they were closed but they advertised a 24 hour emergency number which I called in addition to my previous email. I think that they were all too busy with their holiday plans and didn't want to assist. In that case, i would have appreciated a little honesty. I wouldn't have cared if she had said they did away with the emergency response service . At least it would have made sense. She was not the least bit concerned that we might have been without service for 4 days. I'll make sure I recommend people NOT use Midair.

Had our AC unit go out - never what you want in August. Called at 8 AM on a Saturday, had a call back 10 minutes later. Tech was there by 9 and had the thing fixed really fast! Had the parts on the truck and was just under the estimate given on the phone. Overall, I really good experience. I love using local companies ... and Midair has definitely earned our business.

Casey came by promptly the morning after our request was put in. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issue (thermostat needed to be replaced).

He promised they would return the same day once he had the new part, and they followed through on the promise. Iza stopped by, rapidly made the replacement and thoroughly tested the new hardware.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience. They gave us A+ service and made us feel like their top priority... I would highly recommend this company!

Thought we had a problem with our A/C and with the temperatures rising, we needed to have the system checked for any potential issues. Called and the technicians arrived within a couple of hours to troubleshoot the issue. Even though there was no issue, just a delay that is set up in the system, we signed up for their PS program so we can have the unit checked twice per year. Wonderful, professional, and kind technicians! Recommend this company 100%.

Company truck dangerous driving, making left turns in front of the activities center in Saginaw when drivers are going straight. Almost caused a major accident!

Edit: if it took you two months to see this, then your response otherwise would have been equally dissapointing.

After 2 different HVAC companies failed to solve an issue with an imbalanced cooling/heating of my home Midair came to my rescue. I no longer have 2 rooms at 70° and one at 78° when my thermostat is set to 76°. Pricing was fair and I bet my energy savings will pay me back in just a few months.
