Great customer service and very fast. Called at 8:00am and was fixed by 11:00am. Everything was fixed properly. Only concern is it was a little pricey ($450 for a capacitor, just for the part-seemed really high), but was just glad to get it fixed quickly.

Professional, attentive and polite! No one wants their heater to stop working when its 38 degrees outside and have to take off work and wait who know how long for a repair man to come out. When I called Blue Star they were so friendly and understanding of my schedule. They came out the same day! On time! I was blown away by the office staff and my technician! Within an hour he had my heater working again. I cant thank these guys enough!

gave one star because I had to and because yes they were quick to collect the $89 ..the technician Kevin said it was a control panel that was on back order although i have to say heather didn't have time two weeks without air. Finally got frustrated and called someone else they came out come to find out it was just a blown fuse and showed my husband where it said a "blown fuse". was fixed and done with the other company in less than 40 minutes.

I thought I needed a new thermostat. Morgan asked me a few questions and recommended checking to see if the unit was low on refrigerant. It was, and once it was added the unit began to cool and I reprogrammed the thermostat. I appreciated his thoughtful process of identifying the problem and fixing it quickly!

I was very impressed with Service Champ Heating & Air, from the office personnel, to the technicians, to the removal and install team and the follow-up team. I would highly recommend them. I also used them to blow in insulation into my 100-year-old plus house attic.

I was so impressed with Blue Star. I called at 5:00 pm after discovering my AC was blowing hot air. I called and left a message. I was thinking this being the hottest day yet I may not hear back for awhile because they would be so busy. I was happy to be wrong because they were back to me in 5 minutes. They found a burnt out Wyler and fixed my unit for under $50. What a lifesaver! When our ac unit stopped working on labor fay weekend 2018, Blue Star was the only place we could get a hold of. We are so glad we did. They gave us a great deal to replace both our inside and outside units. They have been amazing with follow up and regular check ups. With Blue Star you always get the same tech as well, makes it easier to talk to them about the unit and that. We really enjoy Daniel, he is very thorough in making sure our family and AC is happy and working. His new assistant Calvin is great as well.
