Our AC went out on a Thursday afternoon. Friday morning, we contacted Blue Star and a service tech, Justin, came out to assess the problem and informed us of our options (which were grim). When we tried to set up a same-day appointment to have our system replaced, they had already become booked.

So this company, with decidedly AMAZING customer service, decided to foot the bill for us to have Freon over the weekend until they could get out on Tuesday to replace it. They arrived a little early on Tuesday morning - a plus when you’re racing against the heat of the day! We’d been told it would be a 6-8 hour job - they were out in less than 5. Those guys have a rough job but they went to it with a will.

They left our attic looking more orderly than when they arrived. Everyone was polite and efficient. When we had some trouble getting the bank to approve the payment amount, Kim at the office was very kind and patient in helping me get it worked out. Overall, I’m very happy that we went with this company and I will definitely remember them for all our AC/heating needs. ❤️

Dallas Plumbing Company provided excellent service. They were very informative and reliable. Their technician Erik Ramirez was very knowledgeable and professional. We are grateful for a job well done.

Michael assisted in every way possible and made great suggestions for upgrades and services without skipping a beat. Definitely got a winner and a go getter for an employee, and he made the repair in no time.

Blue Star did a great job. They were able to come out to my house on the same day with scheduling me to the end of the day; and they have good communication in regards to the best way to contact you. My technician, Travis, did a great job. He was not rushing and was able to answer all my questions. He gave me his honest opinion about my two AC units , explained my options and the process. Blue Star has a great professional team.

Had our Air and Heating 6 months service done today. Very polite young man came out went over everything with us said everything look great. Was here on time. I highly recommend Dallas Plumbing. We have used them since 2021.

The Saginaw Air Pros location installed my 92 year old father’s hvac system and all ducts about two years ago for $19k. They grossly overcharged him and the system was never installed properly causing major air leaks and mold. The tech literally put non-commercial duct tape over the leaks when we called to have them fix the system and shoved a piece of pvc under the safety shut off valve because the system was shutting off due to over condensation. Now they refuse to call us back despite numerous attempts at contact. Photo included was the brand new system they installed and the patch works all completed by airpros. Chris Fry, a supervisor who was recently moved to the Saginaw location said the system should never have been installed like this and should be replaced before the company stopped returning our calls.I spoke with the call center again today and was told for the second time they would be escalating the issue. I will update this review if I receive a call back.

Called at 8pm and they were able to schedule me for the very next morning! Nicholas came and was so helpful, polite and thorough throughout him fixing my unit! I even ended up signing up for their yearly membership and will ask if he can be the tech to come back for service in the fall when the time comes. Highly recommend!

Called for an emergency last Sunday with my indoor AC unit. Paid $189 for a weekend emergency call. I was seen the same day, but was quoted $1000 for the basic level of repair or $2000 to fix the other issues they claimed to have seen. A stop gap fix was applied, due to the mechanic missing the replacement piece. Since it was the weekend, we understood and were told we’d be contacted the next day to setup the follow up appointment.

Despite wanting to go through with the repair, any attempt to schedule a follow up appointment failed, despite calling twice. I was told I would be contacted in the next few minutes or hour both times. After two days of not hearing from them, we went to another company who fixed the issue the same day, corrected what Dallas Plumbing’s mechanic did, AND charged us only $300 for the repair.

We will not be returning here.

They came to check out my a.c. unit and took me through the process of what he was doing. Was very helpful and patient with me. Will definitely call them again.

Josh was incredible. He gave me advice on how to maintain and extend the life of my unit.

Had service champs out and they were fast and didn’t try and up-sale. Eric did an amazing job at explaining everything.

Can't say enough good things about them. From the person who took my call to the service person. They came out on a holiday and fixed our issue. I highly recommend them!

The service was pricey, but the Technician arrived 30 minutes after I called for ac repair, he was very kind, courteous and quick with repair and the customer service given by the woman who receives calls was above and beyond And so I will definitely be using them in the future.

Blue Star Heating and Air is a fantastic company! Daniel is a pleasure to work with! Quality staff from receptionist to technicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services.

Daniel Came Out From Blue Star And Was Professional And Very Helpful . Did Everything He Could To Restore My Current System But Unfortunately Its A Hand Me Down From The Flintstones Lol . But He Made Sure I Was Put In Touch With The Right People And Now Im Hopefully Getting A Brand New System Installed

Though I may not be happy with the news Daniel was quick and professional. And set us up with a next day appointment with your company to discuss options.

Quick service but thorough, very informative and knowledgeable AC tech, Daniel Penn. He gave me recommendations and options so we can make a sound decision. I would request his assignment and Blue Star Heating and Air services again.

The best service I have ever had. They were so knowledgeable and the office staff was so kind. I will be using them again for all my hvac needs!
