Service Champs was great! I had an issue where my system was showing a comm failure with the outside unit and the thermostat. Another firm came in and wasn’t able to fix the issue. I called Service Champs, and they were at my house within an hour!

Joshua, the technician, was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. At first, he was thinking it could be the main board outside, but he took the time to call the manufacturer to help troubleshoot. It turns out, the issue was a corroded wire that was nowhere in plain sight! And, he even cleaned the condenser coils for 40% less than the other firm had quoted! I had intended to do that myself, but let him do it. He was done in no time and now my unit is running as efficiently as it can be!

These are going to be my go-to HVAC company!!

This service call was for A/C maintenance on two units. The service techs, Joshua and Sanchez were professional and polite.
They completed their work and they provided an in-depth workup on both units.
They took their time and explained their findings and possible solutions and they left quotes for me to review.

Joshua, the technician was very kind and did his work efficiently. He also showed me what to do. Very patient and personable. The process was easy and very smooth and the price for my maintenance and instruction was great.

We had a great experience with our bi-annual service check. The technician identified some leaks in the system that were likely causing our bedroom temperature to be a 3-4 degrees warmer than the rest of the house.

Came out within an hour of me calling when my AC went out that morning. Replaced my unit the next day and installed a window unit in our main living area for the time being since I’m home with my kids all summer. They also replaced my in-laws unit as well with a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the cost for the installation was astronomical. I have a 3 year old unit and although the parts were covered under warranty, the labor cost was crazy. And since it was a warranty issue my small discount for paying annual maintenance fee does not come into play.

My experience exceeded expectations! Eric was very informative and inspected my home to make sure I was getting the unit I needed and wanted. Joe and the installation technicians were very professional. They did a GREAT job and were very informative. They also were neat and tidy. Heather was very detailed in facilitating the estimate and the scheduling of the installation. I can’t be more satisfied than I am now with the Service Champs Team. 5⭐️!!!!

Amazing customer service! I had a situation where one of my tenants in a lease home were going to have no AC, while it was 90 degrees, and they were moving in with a family. I called Service Champs, and they were able to get us an appointment for later in the afternoon. Technician was awesome, his name was Dylan. He fixed the issue, got AC going for that home, and that family. Called me, updated me on everything, and was just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Service Champs! I have saved their info and will work with them in the future!

Outstanding AC Repair Service – Thank You! From the moment Eric arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner, explained everything in simple terms, and had it up and running in no time.

Horrible customer service after I spent $18K on a complete new A/C system. Both the owner and his secretary were rude when I complained about having to pay a total of $809.00 for a repair 2 years after the new system was installed. I cancelled the repair and hired a different company, since they do not stand behind their product. I would not recommend using this company. UPDATE: After I posted this the owner called me to harass me about it, so I had to block his number. I have since had the repair completed by another company for $300 less than Service Champs.

I highly recommend MidAir! I know it starts from the top of the company down. The technicians are honest and straightforward. Midair has replaced an entire system in my previous home and they have serviced my A/C at my current home. Whether it is an emergency situation or just a seasonal tune-up they will always be the one I call.
