They did a great job repairing a crack in our fireplace and even helped me remove an old satellite from my roof after the chimney sweep service at no extra cost. Very inviting service from the initial call to the onsite service. Inspector seemed knowledgeable and provided more than enough information to make repairs. Issues found were explained not only on current damage but how it may have happened and future problems I could expect.

I honestly feel like I hit the lottery finding Fort Worth Chimney Sweeps! I spoke with Cindy earlier in the week, she was so kind and professional. They were booked out, but she said if they finished a job early she’d try to fit me in before the cold front this weekend and she did!
Jay and Ray showed up right on time and were so professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. After cleaning my fireplace, they inspected everything and were able to repair the cracks in my refractory panels instead of replacing them, saving me well over $1,000. They also applied a high-heat seal after repairing the cracks (it made the inside look new again)
They checked my chimney cap too and said all it needed was a good cleaning. No upselling, just honest work.

These guys were great! Our fireplace was unusable because the smoke would immediately build up. These guys came, inspected and cleared out everything inside the chimney, and cleared the outside. Works like a charm!

These people are great! I could not be happier with the service I received ! I had previously had a no show before the big cold blast and I called and they made time for me! Cleaned my chimney, identified some loose parts and repaired some mortar - all this work done after squeezing me in and still having to go meet other customers after leaving my home.

Cindy and her team are amazing people! I just moved back into my childhood home and was trying to prep for the upcoming winter storm and plan for a potential power outage. The fireplace had not been used in over 20 years. They inspected it for safety, cleaned the fireplace and chimney, and added mortar around all cracks and the fireplace bed. They also found about 15 wasps in there!!! I am going to add this service to my annual home maintenance. Thanks for getting to me during a very busy week!

Very pleased with United Network Link/ Mr AC Man for a home warranty service call for our AC. Danny contacted me the same day I submitted my request, notified me of the appointment window and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. They asked me a lot of questions about what was happening with our system and quickly performed diagnostics. I appreciated the throughout overview Danny provided, even explaining the difference between our lower level and upper level units. They fixed the issue and informed me on how to prevent future issues with preventive maintenance.

Danny and his team were awesome! My HVAC went out during the hottest week of May so, I filed a claim through the home warranty. They came out within 24 hours to take a look at my unit, immediately submitted the diagnosis to the home warranty company, and came out on a Saturday (which was also his birthday) to replace my condenser as soon as parts became available. Danny and his team were so kind and informative, and went above and beyond to make such a stressful situation a positive experience!

United Network Link came to my home to give a second opinion about my a/c units compressor or condenser not cooling properly. Their findings were my a/c was running great and didn’t take advantage of me like Grants Air Conditioning tried to because I’m a single female. Honest, reliable, and they know their stuff! Will call them again for service I can trust!
