Awesome service. They also give you a text message the morning of and they let you know that they’re on their way and will be at your house between 30 minutes to an hour. The technician was very professional and understanding and answered all my questions accordingly. I am very pleased, will hire again.

Paul and Jason were very courteous from the time the appointment was made to when Jason closed up our furnace. They worked with my schedule to get me the appointment time I needed and Jason was prompt , friendly and explained each step in the cleaning process to me so I knew the state of my furnace.

Great company to work with, they called the day before and the morning of the service as I had requested. Jason and Paul were there on time and did everything they could to make sure that our system was properly cleaned. They were also very respectful of our home and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them.

Super professional and did a through cleaning in both the vent and the dryer itself. Jason made sure no dust will get into the house by using a powerful vacuum. He offered several addition services to ensure the dryer will work without asking for additional pricing. I really recommend having him to clean your vent, you will not be disappointed.

Doyle Air Duct Cleaning specialists came to our house initially for an estimate. They completed the estimate and pointed out some very real problems with our dryer vent, which was a fire hazard and just emptied into our attic. The performed the duct cleaning as planned, then did a proper venting of the dryer. Simply the best among the rest.

This was my second time using Doyle Air Duct Cleaning.Once again we able to schedule the work in the same week .Jason and his staff were puntual and did a fantastic job. They told us what they found in our air ducts and it was exactly what we anticipated. Very professional and did not try to increase the amount quoted. I needed my air ducts system cleaned and I found Doyle Air Duct Cleaning team in my area. The office rep explained me everything on the phone and scheduled me right away. Two technicians came up the day after and did an amazing job! They were very professional and seemed to enjoy their job. No hassles at all. A happy client!

After two other companies didn't get our AC fixed we called Penney's. They came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and got it repaired quickly for a very reasonable rate. We will be using them for all our AC repair and replacements in the future.

Sketchy subcontracting and lack of transparency.

I used this company a few years ago. I think it was the owner that came out and did a great job resolving an AC drainage issue. That same year he sent a sub contractor out for a simple cleaning which was alright.

This year he had me working with a call center out of San Antonio that is incredibly hard to understand and I had to work with a couple different people asking the same questions and getting things wrong about the problems I have with my HVAC systems. They had an attitude and a condescending tone the whole time. They sent a sub contractor out and promised to only charge for the service fee unless they get explicit approval from me for other work. The tech changed out a fuse for which they charged about double what they charged for the service fee... This wasn't communicated to me until the tech was gone. They kept calling me, even when I sent them to voicemail multiple times, while the tech was still at our house.

I then got a quote for re-running the thermostat wire for a couple thousand dollars. I looked up what the price should have been, it shouldn't have been more than $400-500 max.

I called early this morning because my a/c had been out all night. To my surprise, I was able to get someone to answer the phone shortly after 7am and was given an appointment window of between 8-11am. They said the tech would call 30min prior to arrival. Just shortly after 10:30, since I had not received a call I followed up with the office and they said someone would call me right back. I went back and forth every hour calling because no one was calling me. As I type, I have had one call back from a field person and 2 text. It is 4:42pm and no one has shown...I called back another company that I had called earlier and they will be here by 5:30pm and are in route...I will never use this Linus company again. I understand life happens and schedules change but telling someone you will call them back and working on it and not communicating is a terrible way to run a business. I called them because they had a 5 star rating with 15 reviews, this 16th review is just to save future potential customers from going through the grief I have gone through today.
