I scheduled the installation of my new heat pump and they never showed up.

Been trying to get a service call for 2 weeks as they sold me the unit 2 years ago but no one returns calls or messages-very disappointed

Not a great experience with this company - the engineer told us that the refrigerant was about 1 pound low..when in fact it was half empty - there was 60 PSI in the system on the low side - okay for R22, but our system is 410a and should have been nearer 140 PSI. Left the system not working for over 48 hours - I had to pay another company to do the job properly.

Caesar was great! On time and does fast work! Now my air is blowing colder than ever! I would recommend them to anyone

TE HVAC had poor service with Warranty service, 3 months with no response and no help to resolve warranty claim. Had to switch vendor to Royal Air Heating & Air - with excellent respnse and resolve.

HONEST and Brilliant! Imagine it's Sunday and my 85 year old grandparent's AC goes out. House hits mid 80's and we are expecting the worse. In fact unit is well over 13 years old and we are preparing for the bad news of it needing replaced! A couple thousand dollars at least. Nathan diagnosis the run capacitor, replaces and it's cooling again. Saving my life and my thier money!

People Rufuse to answer the phone or ever give us a call back. We’ve been waiting EIGHT days now for them to come and turn our AC back on butthey refuse to help us. They even sent a driver to our house yesterday who sat out front for five minutes so the GPS tracker would say he was at our place then drove off. If we weren’t being forced into using this service from our landlord we would of taken our business elsewhere a week ago. They Don’t Care.
