Bolt Electric was able to accommodate my electrical issue on the same day. The electrician was professional and highly knowledgeable. They were rather pricey ($190 for the one hour of work and parts), but I have a feeling that is industry standard. At least they did a great job and stand by their work. I feel comfortable knowing that they did a great job.

Bolt Electric team was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The technician arrived on time and called ahead before arriving. He listened to my problem and understood what action was required. He resolved our electrical problem within an hour. Outstanding service! I would use their services again!

This is my second time using Bolt Electric. The first time I had a $1800 panel replacement project and this time I needed a 40 amp line run for a new double oven. I cannot say enough good things about Robert and Bolt Electric. He was punctual, professional, personable, and very efficient. The work was above par and completed quickly. A fuse blew in our dryer causing issues with our 220 volt outlet. We hadn't had to call an electrician in quite some time so we were a bit nervous about who to call. We saw the good reviews on Bolt Electric and decided to take a chance; we were glad we did. We set up the appointment and Robert arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, immediately troubleshot the problem, fixed it, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely use Bolt Electric again should we have future electrical problems.

I wanted to update my light fixtures in the kitchen. I had enough of the ugly fluorescent light boxes and wanted them removed and replaced with modern lighting. Bolt Electric was one of the companies I called to get an estimate. Robert came out and gave a reasonable price and I went with them. I’m glad I did. Robert did a great job with installing the new lighting. He started on time and finished on time. I’m going around my house to see what other fixtures need updating. You can trust Bolt Electric to do it right.

We called Robert in a panic after a basement flooding and he came over that day to stabilize the situation and make sure everything was safe. He coordinated seamlessly with our carpenter and had great suggestions for us along the way. Always delivered as promised and when promised. We will definitely call Bolt for any future work.

Called to get an estimate to have a manual transfer switch installed for my portable generator. Office lady was very nice, and we scheduled a 2 pm appt for the following Monday. 2 pm came and went. At 230 pm, without hearing from Bolt, I called the office to see what's up. I believe I spoke to the same lady, Victoria?, who said she could "see" that the technician was still at his appt before mine and she would reach out and check on a new eta for my appt. She called back promptly to tell me the tech was running behind and that it "could be" up to another hour before he would show up. That would be a total of an hour and a half late. I reminded her, from our initial conversation, that I rearranged my schedule to accommodate THEIR estimate day and time. I was looking for a full throated apology but instead she got uppity and reminded me, "Thank goodness we don't charge for estimates!" to which my reply was, "Your company and customer service doesn't warrant you to charge such a fee!" If she could see where her tech was at 2 pm why couldn't she call me then, check on the tech then, apoligize for their lateness, and update me? If the tech knew he was running behind, did he only know this at 230 or did he know at 130 or 2??? It's not the customer's responsibility to reach out! It's the companies responsibility!! This lady has a very sweet sounding voice but also has a very sharp tongue!! Like I'm supposed to be grateful that they offer "free" estimates so I should just accept whatever time they decide to show up. Newsflash, all 3 other companies I called offered "free" estimates, as well. Y'all aren't special and y'all have terrible customer service and communication. I do not recommend this company. I went with another company who earned my business!!

This was my first experience with Bolt Electric and I am very impressed. I had six various items I needed installed or replaced. Louey had expertise in each of the items and that made me have confidence and trust in his work. He was on time, went right to work, and was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. It's so nice to know there still are companies with employees who care about their work and the customer. I am so glad I called Bolt, and I will always recommend them to others.

We were very impressed with Bolt. They really worked with our schedule to get someone out to our house as soon as possible. They were prompt and professional and fixed our issue right the first time. I am selling my house and an item on the inspection was to switch out an outlet. I have never needed an electrician while living here so I had no idea who to call. I started searching on Google and saw that Bolt Electric has many great reviews so I decided to give them a try. Everything I have read in previous reviews is absolutely true. It was an absolutely great experience all the way around. We called one day and had an appointment for the next. Robert was on time, even a little early. He was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and I would recommend him, and Bolt Electric, to anyone. He explained everything to me and answered my questions patiently. Plus, his service was fast...in and out...he didn't try to make the job longer to earn more money. I used Robert and Bolt Electric to move my electric range outlet closer to the floor to accommodate a new slide-in range. Both scheduling and estimate were quick and easy. The actual install went smooth, too. Robert's very knowledgeable and personable. I recommend Bolt Electric and would use them again.

Bottom line - up front: Hire this company! The wait time was reasonable. The communication from their dispatcher was excellent. My technician was patient to troubleshoot from where my issues were caused and safely fixed each one. He brought historical knowledge of how homes have been built in the past and the most effect modern ways to correct them. He was even graceful enough to fix my home repair errors without calling me out. This company is military friendly and I thought the fees were well worth the service I received.

Since I had such an amazing experience with Bolt electricity 2 years ago. I wanted to use them again. But the problem was I couldn’t remember their name from 2 years before. So the I’m glad I still had my old old cell phone, I looked on my calendar from 2 years ago to find the appointment I made with Bolt. So happy I found them. They did not disappoint, did an amazing job, was in and out in 1 hour. Great customer service and reasonable prices.

Emailed Bolt Electric about problem with our outdoor outlets. Office quickly got back to us to schedule an appointment. Robert was scheduled as our electrician. Great experience with Bolt Electric. Easy to contact and schedule. They had a cancelation and offered to schedule sooner. Very upfront with pricing structure. You know in advance which employee to expect. Robert arrived very promptly, clarified my requests and got to work. He replaced a switch, added 2 outlets and pulled out a long defunct security system.

The most impressive thing on top of all that was no attempt to upsell me on something I didn't need or some type of monthly service etc which I get so often from other companies.
