Bolt has been to our house a few times over the years. They are always professional and do a great job.

This is the second time I have used Bolt Electric and on each occasion, the project was completed on time and in a highly professional manner. Communication was excellent: prior to arrival and upon completion. In addition, there was communication during the project. This was important for me as a way of confirming the work that would be completed and hearing the explanations for why certain things were necessary. Ronnie and Bolt Electric are trusted electrical experts that you can have confidence in. I will continue to call on them for any future electrical needs.

BOLT ELECTRIC was fair, professional, honest, and thorough in their work. Wendy did an excellent job communicating all aspects of the estimate and scope of work. I would hire them again for any future project with no hesitation. They went above and beyond to get everything right.

I have had service from Bolt Electric three times so far this year and each time I have been extremely pleased with the response time and the excellent service. Robert was the Electrician who was sent to my home all three times. He is friendly, personable, experienced and competent! The first two issues were in my kitchen area and both were resolved immediately. Today's issue was with my water heater. I have not had hot water for 4 days as I originally thought my problem was plumber related and part of the time was the week-end. I called Bolt Electric this morning (Monday) as soon as they opened and I was worked into Robert's very full schedule. He assessed the situation, went to get a needed part, and returned to fix the problem. I could notice warmer water even as he was writing up my invoice!
I will be a forever customer at this locally owned business. There IS a difference with locally owned businesses and I hope you will join me in supporting Bolt Electric!

I have used Bolt Electric on numerous occasions with various projects and I must say I have had the best experience with them. Speaking with Vickie is always a pleasure. She is always pleasant and very professional. She even calls to remind me of my appointment time. The gentlemen that have come out to do the work needed are very knowledgeable and helpful. They answer all my questions and their work has been second to none. I highly recommend Bolt Electric to everyone.

Really impressed with the work my technician Robert did on my house today. Needed a new outlet for my washer/dryer combo because requires both 240 and 120 supply. Installed a new breaker and ran a supply line. Price was very reasonable than one of their competitors. Definitely recommend!

Contacted Bolt Electric to look into running an additional outlet for a garage door opener. Right away I got a great feeling as Victoria helped set up the initial appointment and was great in communicating and confirming the appointment the day before Robert came out. Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts. Robert came back out the following week and took care of adding the new outlet and I'm super happy with the results! I will be using Bolt Electric in the future as they are very professional, great communicators and very cost conscience on the project and very reasonable rates.

We hired Bolt Electric for 2 issues--a doorbell and a separate interior light switch that weren't functioning properly. We were offered a quick appointment.

Robert, the technician, arrived early (no problem with that!) and quickly diagnosed and solved both problems. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The price for this good service was very reasonable.

We will call Bolt in the future for any needs that might arise.

UPDATE--We recently called on Bolt Electric again, this time to fix a motion detector security light that had been misbehaving after some recent thunderstorms. We were offered a quick appointment and Ronnie arrived on time and professionally diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Once again, we were very satisfied with the service and price. That makes twice!!

Ronnie was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his consultation and was able to fix our issue efficiently and quickly. He also took the time to explain why we were having the issue we were and was so kind to us!

Wendy at the office was also very helpful when we called to set up our original appointment.

I would highly recommend Bolt Electric to everyone who needs electrical work done!

I am excited to recommend Bolt electric! They are true, honest, and highly experienced professionals. They accommodated my needs and timeframe, quickly found the issue and made repairs. I had a ceiling fan replaced which also required some rewiring and electrical outlets that quit working.
I was amazed at how quickly such a knowledgeable and experienced professional analyzed and completed work. The whole experience was like breathing fresh air! I will never choose anyone else. The communication was beyond expectation from the office and the electrician and he spent the time to teach me a few things. I am so grateful to Bolt!!!

Great experience with Bolt Electric this morning. Wendy got us scheduled right away and kept in communication with us until our tech arrived. Ronnie, our tech, was friendly, upfront, honest, and got our project done quickly with a more than reasonable price while also making sure we understood everything he was doing. I could not have been more happy with the experience.

As a new home owner trying to figure out which companies to trust when help is needed I am so thankful that Bolt Electric is who I contacted. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The guy who stopped by did not use any diagnostic equipment to rule out safety concerns. He told me the charge for the visit would be rolled into the job quote. Cool...then owner was rude and didn't recall our verbal conversation about the precautions taken, they decided to insult my intelligence instead. They chased $150 with insults over text messages instead of winning a customer for a $400 job and common decency.

It can't be the cost of gas, the tech lived in the same neighborhood. Honestly flabbergasted.

Very happy with quality of work and very fair prices. Have used them multiple times. Was super excited to find they do residential work AND they have an electrician that really knows and undestands older homes. ( mine was built in 1937).

I have used them once before and had a great experience. This time around I needed my thermostat moved from the kitchen to the living room. It only took an hour, and the guy cleaned up well afterward.

Francis Electric was great. From the start they showed up for the quote when they said, answered all our questions. The technician came exactly when scheduled and he couldn't have been nicer. He worked efficiently and quickly and even did a couple of extra things for us. I would highly recommend this company!

I've called Francis Electric three times over the past couple of years help install or replace GFCI outlets where needed and to install some new porch lights. Their prices are fair and their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Darren at Francis Electric is very helpful with scheduling and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I wouldn't call anyone else for residential electric service.
