Roy Casanova took down my old light fixture and replaced new light and bathroom light switch quickly and efficiently...he even arrived 30 minutes early...definitely will hire again

Horrible experience. Did not fix what I needed and showed up extremely late. Last time you said you had no idea who I am or have no record of me and that's concerning as well. Moral of the story do better. Will not be using you again.

Work was done quickly and professionally. Price per unit is alittle expensive but I assume that is because you never know if the job will be easy or hard so unit pricing makes more sense for business. I had two spot light fixtures changed outside where existing older spots lights were that were working. (It was suppose to cost $260 but with the Angie's list coupon, it only cost $160.)

My HOA contacted this company to provide a bid along with two other electric companies. The HOA's entrance lights and park lights had been out for a month. Sunbelt Electric sent young electrician "John" out who immediately been trouble shooting and narrowed down the problem, though he was only there to provide a bid for repairs. Sunbelt was hired on the spot, and John immediately fixed both problems in less than 2 hours, and the final bill was very affordable due to a discount they offered the HOA. Very professional and very skilled. I will use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

I needed a electrician to install a electrical disconnect for the water heater. I called Gary he was honest knowledgeable polite and efficient.. He definitely did not try to price gouge us, very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Arrived early after telephone approval. Explained the set up of the GFI and quickly fixed the problem. Also had time for an additional project. Very nice person and quality work. Will use them again if I have any electrical problems. Highly recommenced by Angie's list and I totally agree.

I had a house inspector tell me that I needed to replace a couple GFCI outlets in my kitchen. I called sunbelt to make the replacements, and after a quick discussion, we discovered that the one GFCI outlet I had on the kitchen counter was in the same line as the other outlets...and didnt need to be replaced. Sunbelt could have just arrived and charged the service charge and did little work, but they were professional and very knowledgeable, saving me the expense of a needless repair. I can certainly trust these people to do the right thing. I will always call Sunbelt with any electrical issue I have.

Had a special from Angie's list. Sunbelt had problems installing the fan/light
couldn't get the light to work properly. Had to request they return to fix the light which they did .. nice follow thru. Unfortunately, the remote's receiver was not working properly and had to be replaced. Kudos for Sunbelt they return and try to fix the light.

Gary the owner was good over the phone and was helpful. When the technician arrived I have asked him the pricing and he quoted me very high and then I told him that the owner said the technician would provide coupons. He said he would have to talk to his owner and didn't even call him...hahaha. The technician gave me a coupon and offered 4 hours of work for 2 tech for $399. After working for 3 hours the technician came back to me and said I wouldn't be able to work this late. I was like, I have told you and you have agreed to work on it for 4 hours before you have began and he said it's too late and I cannot work this late. I asked him why did you agree in the first place? He said he had specials for 2 hours $199 and the extra hour I have to pay $165/hour. I was pissed by it. This is a shady service. First place why do you have to agree for it if it is too late? Called the owner of the company and left a VM and he never responded back. Beware of this scam from this company.

I also asked Gary if I need any materials for work and he said I do not. When the technician arrived and was working he said we would need wiring for the lights and the technician said I don't have time to wait for you to bring it. He said he has wiring and he would charge for it and at the end they didn't know how much wiring they used and they just put an approximation on the bill which is insane. If using the company ask them about the materials and tell them if they want you to use there material why was it not mentioned initially? They charged almost like $65 for wiring.. which is insane.

The house required some electrical repairs in order for a sale of the property. Due to the covid virus situation getting a city permit became an issue. Sunbelt was diligent in working with the city to get the permit pushed through and even thought it was after the sale of the property, they completed the project in a timely manner and did a first class job. The tech I worked with was courteous and very professional and went above and beyond with the project. As a Real Estate agent, I will be adding Sunbelt Electric to my “go to list” for future property issues and my house as well..... Thanks

Update:
We received an email 8 days after initial appointment telling us that they had had a system wide shutdown causing them to lose all their data on scheduled appointments. And, they were not up and running until 3 days later. They apologized and told us if we were still interested to call them. So in the end, I was happy to have some knowledge as to why they were a no call, no show. However, we had already taken our business elsewhere.

We are very disappointed in this company. A couple of weeks ago, we were searching on the web for an electrician and came across Sunbelt. We did a some research on them and were happy with the reviews, so we went to their website and filled out their form with our information and needs. Got a phone call fairly quickly to set up an appointment, which was scheduled for Monday, October 15th @ 8:30 am. Then, nothing! No call, no show. My husband, who was the point of contact, called and left 2 messages that morning with the number given to us and didn't hear anything from anyone. I tried calling the same number on the following day and the phone just rang and rang, the voicemail never even came up. It has now been 5 days and we still haven't had anyone contact us. So unprofessional.

Sunbelt saved us when our salon was popping breakers left and right! Thank you for being competitive in your pricing. Y’all were very punctual and your quality of work is impeccable!
