I had the task of replacing the siding on my property. We got to the part where the electric service panels needed to be pulled off the property so I could replace the siding behind it. I received a fast response from Gary who helped pull the necessary permits from CPS Energy and a date was set. Amos, my appointed service tech, arrived before anyone else and was very professional. Amos pointed out a couple areas on the property that may present future problems/concerns that had nothing to do with the electrical systems which I never noticed or considered which I highly appreciated. Between Gary and Amos, I was highly impressed with their services and help. A++

John was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently during the 2 hrs. He finished two projects even though I was only expecting for him to finish one. Nice surprise! Based on service, I would have given 5 stars.

He was 2 hrs late however. The appt was for 12p. I called the office at 12:15p and left a message. No one from the office ever called me back. John ended up calling on his personal cell at 1:30p and swinging by at 2p. It worked out because I work from home though it was still frustrating.

Would've been nice to get a call confirming the appt the day before and then a call once they were running late.

All that said, the service was great and I will give them a second chance.

I love the company they were really professional about the work they were doing at my new home and got me a very good price for the repairs that needed to get done and they were there on time made my whole experience very easy to understand and get thru I would recommend them to anyone that needs any electrical help they will give you a good price and break everything down for your understanding to make the whole experience easier then most people. Thank you for everything sunbelt electric I will definitely recommend you and call you'll in the future for any work needed.

Great company. Initially had another company come to fix what I thought was a bad breaker. They said they could not find the issue and recommended a complete rewiring. Called sunbelt based on reviews, they found a loose wire and fixed on first visit. I will use sunbelt in the future. They did not try to sell me more than what I needed.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time, and did a great job. I hope we won't need any electrical work anytime soon, but if we do we will call Sunbelt Electric. Definitely recommend !!

Technician showed up on time and was very professional. They evaluated my issues and went right to work. They found a problem with my patio fan and although they could not fix the problem within the voucher, they gave me some good advise as to how to get it fixed. I would differently recommend them.

Used to be awesome, but something changed. Had to call multiple times to schedule most recent appointment. Showed up late and unprepared for appointment, then had to reschedule. Next appointment never showed and wouldn't answer or return my phone calls.

Professional, courteous, efficient, and the prices are extremely reasonable. What more can you ask for?

This is the second time we have used Sunbelt Electric. We called them again this time because we had a very good experience the last time we used them.
Yesterday when i called, Gary assisted me on the phone and then sent Efrain out to help us this morning. Efrain arrived early and was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed our problem, left to get parts and returned promptly to repair our lighting problem. They were reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with. We will use Sunbelt Electric again! Thanks!

I ended up getting 3 bids on a re wire for a 1950's house. Gary at Sunbelt was not only the best price, but when I said it was still beyond my budget he figured a way to get 95% of what I needed done in a smarter way than what I requested and it ended up costing just 2/3 of my original request. I highly recommend Sunbelt as they won't waste your money on unneeded work and get the job done right and timely.

Beat all my expectations!! Wow, what a great job these two contractors did. They were polite, quick, professional and did an awesome job. I was satisfied with the agreed upon estimate and couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely call Sunbelt the next time I need any electrical work done!!

Gary and his team are true professionals. They are some of the hardest working individuals I have met. They are not satisfied until the job is completed to perfection. I will use them again for all my future residential and commercial electrical needs.

I am sad to give a less than stellar review. We had several great experiences with Sunbelt Electric, referred other family members to them, and for a couple of years, we considered them our family electricians. Those excellent experiences were 2 and 3 years ago. Our most recent experience (July 2019) was extremely disappointing. The electrician, Brandon, came to our appointment late, and didn't have the equipment/supplies to perform the requested service, so we rescheduled. We weren't upset at this point, however on the day of the reschedule, he never showed up and didn't answer our calls or respond to our texts until hours later. He texted saying that he had to take a couple of days off but could reschedule again if we wanted to.

Reschedules are not a problem but as I explained to him, we expected the courtesy and professionalism of letting us know, not just no-showing. I had taken time off work to be there. I also left a voicemail for Gary at the office that went unreturned. Very, very disappointing.

I used Sunbelt to fix some electricity issues at our home. It turned out that they did not require significant repair work, but Gary (I believe he is the owner of the company) was very personable and I got the impression that he is trustworthy. I used their 2-hour promo discount, which made our repair work very affordable. Thank you.

I called and spoke with Gary. He was extremely polite and professional. He had me send pictures of my issue to ensure it wasn't of immediate emergency because of what I was telling him. He said it would be fine until Monday and he would call on his way. He did call me and tell me what time frame he would be here and he was on time. I had a meter that was falling away from my house and while Gary was here he pointed out to me that another meter next to it was falling away from the house as well. I appreciate that he told me that because I had not noticed it at all. He could have easily just ignored it or not even done an inspection of the other meters. He gave me a very good price for fixing the meters back onto my house. He was done in a good amount of time and showed me what he had done. I really appreciated how thorough he was. I would definitely call him again for any future issues I may have.

My pool pump went out last night after draining some of the water while cleaning it and wasn’t sure what to do. Today I googled electricians for above ground pools and I’m so thankful Sunbelt Electric was at the top of the list. Gary was very helpful and patient with me over the phone to eliminate one easy solution with the breaker box. Very thankful and appreciative.

Sunbelt Electric has been our go to company for all our electrical needs for several years. Gary and the electricians in his crew know what to do and how to do it. Their work has always been top quality! Once, when we had an outage at our home Gary came out and did the job himself because all his electricians were busy at other locations. The last job we

A few weeks ago after a midweek storm I noticed that my pool was completely still which is odd as our pool pump is set to run 24/7 at times at a very low speed so the water always has some movement. I went out to look and notice the pump and booster pump were completely out and appeared to have no power. Checked the breaker box and couldn’t find a tripped breaker there either. I ended up reaching out to Sunbelt Electric based on the reviews and spoke with the owner Gary himself. I called late morning and he had all his technicians out for the day and initially said he could get someone out the next day but then decided to come out himself later that afternoon to give me some piece of mind. I was nervous my pool pump was dead and it was only a year old. The booster pump was on its last leg so I knew I probably had a replacement in my future.

Well, Gary came out and he was just so kind, professional and he made me comfortable right away. He was able to get my main pool pump on, and gave me some options for some additional work to ensure that the situation wouldn’t recur and was able to get a technician out the next day to make the repairs needed. Gary accompanied him as well and they were able to get the work done in no time at a fair price. I will definitely be calling Gary for my future electrical needs!

Great experience. Super easy to contact the owner (Gary) and to make an appointment. I needed four ceiling fans installed. Ryan came out and did a really nice job in a short period of time.
I’ve used Sunbelt Electric a couple of times now, and I would consider them the “go to“ company for electrical needs in San Antonio.
