They did great work on our project. Affordable and great quality. Easy to communicate with. Will definitely use them again if we need more work done.

My home warranty company set an appointment with them in the last week of July and as per the emails I received, Croz electrical accepted the service order and they agreed to show up on Aug 1st.
No one showed up and I followed up with them on Aug 8th. They said my name is not on the schedule, took all the details and gave new appointment on Aug 10th 1PM.
As usual no one showed up, I followed again the next day where they say the same. We don't have your name on the schedule. After raising frustration that they are not meeting their appointments, they ask not to raise voice but couldn't even solve the appointment problem.
They cannot even own the responsibility of missed service appointments. Hope, they take responsibility of solving the issue at hand

Quoted $99 ea for ceiling fan installs over the phone. Scheduled work, but we were unable to accomodate as scheduled. Rescheduled for next day. Workers show up and change quote to $179 each plus parts and anything else. I call the office and decline the offer. He informs me that I owe $25 for each time his guys showed. I wrote the check for $50. When the workers show up they say I owe $100. I told him to take it up with boss.

This Electrical Contractor was able to help me almost soon when I needed an electrician to do some wiring in my home. Their workers were prompt in their arrival, completed their work promptly and effectively, and provided me with fantastic wiring suggestions. I'm very happy I found them, and I'll definitely use This Electrical Services again if I ever need electrical work done.

I was charged $170 for a 30 minute visit. I requested service for a loose electrical box attached to my AC unit. The tech confirmed there was no safety issue and tried to reattach the box a little tighter. However after it was screwed in, the AC unit would not turn on. I had to call my AC company out to replace a burnt out fuse and they rewired the box and attached it much better. Very disappointed in CROZ. I feel taken advantage of big time.

They do GREAT work. Fast, efficient and consultative. Cris and his team are great communicators and get the job done. This is 1 of the many other projects Cris has done. I’m glad he’s finally kicked off his own company. He stands by his work and really takes care of you.

Jeff, is awesome was able to diagnose the problem immediately, get to work and fix the problem. He went above and beyond what he had to do to fix the problem on my panels. I can't recommend him enough, plus he is a veteran owned company, so another reason to support him.

Jeff and the team provided outstanding support for a detach and reinstall of our existing solar system for a roof replacement. Scheduling was a breeze and he went above and beyond to communicate during the process. They are an A+ operation and we will use them for all our system needs going forward.

Jeff is a perfectionist and when we asked for a proposal, his was the best for us. It was his attention to detail and relentless customer service that impressed us the most. He explained CPS policy (rebates, etc.) and various configuration options which made the decision process easy. We asked that he include a battery backup option which he integrated into the system. Bottom line: Jeff designed and installed a system specifically to meet our current needs and flexible enough for our future (swim spa and electric car). I couldn't be happier with Jeff's professionalism and the system he installed on my home.
UPDATE: Jeff continues his exceptional service Mar 2026. Jeff came the next day after the system detected a fault. He quickly assessed the error and fixed the system. Thanks Jeff !

Call this company. If you are having issues with your solar system and afraid you are going to end up paying a lot to fix it, this is the best company in San Antonio. I have called other company’s and was quoted way too much. Thankfully my friend recommended Texas Engineered Solar. They were fast and didn’t try to make me overpay for things I didn’t need. They found the issue, fixed it, and just paid for the small part that was replaced and the call in fee. My coworkers have used them as well and we all agree this is the best company. Shout out to Jeff.

Jeff is a pro and does great work. I had a home solar system put in by a now defunct installer, and the inverter had failed. Having called the manufacturer and secured a warranty replacement, I tried to tackle the job myself but got in a bot over my head. Jeff quoted a reasonable price to do the repairs and came out within a few days of my call. The repairs were cleanly done and the system is back up and running.

Nothing but great things to say about Jeff and his team. Oftentimes companies don't seem to care or they don't take the time to explain everything that is going on but that was not the case here. TXEN Solar installed a 5kW system on my home that was projected to cover 100% of my electricity usage. So far to date it has performed as designed.
