The electrician that was sent out did a poor job. Messed up my walls when removing and reattaching light switches. They were laid improperly, and not flat. I had to have him fix that. The next time around I asked the owner to send someone else because this contractor didn't have knowledge and made mistakes/ruined walls. He sent the same person back. Then to replace a vent fan, he took it with him and said he would need to find one. That was 5 months ago and they no longer respond to messages.
