Prompt service and a good job trimming two small trees (thinning and raising their canopies). But my experience was boosted by the way they responded when a "Zelle" payment went awry. This business went out of their way to allow me time to resolve things with my bank before issuing payment via old fashioned personal check. My trees, and my bank account, thank you!

They did a great job on our yard!! They completely transformed it from dirt and weeds to beautiful grass and a flower bed all in one day. They offer affordable prices and really care about their customers.

They'll waste your time. Company didn't show up to the appointment for an estimate. Didn't respond to texts and not responsive to emails. In the evening, they finally sent a quote based off of a picture of 1 tree I had sent. I have 4 trees to remove and wasted an entire day waiting on this stupid unprofessional company.

I called JJ Tree Service to clear my fence line in order to have my fence replaced. After removing the trees and shrubs inside my fence line, they noticed that the trees behind the fence along the easement would still not allow clear access. They cleared out those trees as well, going above and beyond what they had agreed to do. I would gladly use their services again, and have no reservations with recommending them to anyone.

John and Anna were great! They were quick their proposal, and were on the job the entire day. Their crew does professional work- and they even trimmed my hedges in the front box while they were here! I will be using them again for a landscaping project coming up

Excellent job! John,Troy and Luis did a great job trimming all my oaks and removed all ball moss and deadwood without over cutting but still kept the natural character of my oaks. Really happy with the results. I highly recommend this experienced arborists to everybody !

Had JJ come out to do a oak in the back paid over $1,000 to have them remove dead wood, and branches over home. We just sold our house 2 months later and the inspector said branches were to close to roofline. I have left 3 vm asking them to come back out and at least work me a deal on the rest. No response. Would not recommend.

Truly outstanding in every way. A superb staff: John Junier, Maryibelle Anna Junier, Luis Martinez and Troy Noack were a superb team who were knowledgeable, hard working and courteous. If you need an arborist call JJ tree service, leave the butchers where they belong! Great price, nice crew, great job and very honest. We won't need to search and beg for a quote for someone to do our trees again.

They are wonderful, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, licensed and insured! They came out for an estimate promptly and their price was great. I live on a hill and they had no issues dealing with tree limbs high up etc. They cleaned up everything as well. Will always use them!

I needed brush removal on short notice and quickly found JJ Tree Service. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly. I will definitely be a return customer.

***Update 8/10/2021. It's been 158 days since they came out for the quote and I still haven't heard back.***

Called JJ Tree Service to come out and get a quote for some basic maintenance and to have a branch removed. A woman came out, I showed her what we needed done, and she said she'd take the info back to the office and have her techs get a quote for the work.

I never heard anything back from them. I reached out after about a week and haven't gotten a call back. It's now been 11 days since she came out for the quote.

During the walk through, she kept talking about how I'd need a professional team like theirs to remove this branch. Ironically, it seems that only uncertified tree care specialists are the ones who answer their phones and get quotes back to prospective clients.

Wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

JJ Tree Services did an awesome job trimming our trees. They left everything very neat. We will be calling them again. They also had excellent communication with us every step of the way!

These guys were great and did an amazing job. In a back yard with more than it's fair share of trees they trimmed and pruned everything quickly and very efficiently. The best part was the clean up. They really too the time to make sure it looked the same if not better than before they arrived.

I began getting estimates to raise the canopy of 8 trees (1 huge pecan that crossed utility lines and my neighbors oak which drapes my roof) in September. All 6 big name companies estimates came in at least $1,200.00. I went with a friend of a friend who quoted $400.00 and cancelled at the last minute. I had taken a day off work to have trees trimmed and city brush pickup was coming in 5 days. I immediately went online after he cancelled and was skeptical at first but called J.J's. Ann who answered the phone put my mind at ease. She asked me to text her pictures of the trees. She said they would try and stay within my budget. JJ and helper were on site within 2 hours and did a quick walk thru. They immediately got to work and within 15 minutes I noticed a dramatic positive change to my yard. Ann arrived with help an hour later and all 4 completed the job in less than 3 hours. The total bill was $500 ($100 over, but well worth it and still a very good price as I mentioned above) They cleaned the yard of leaves and my yard is beautiful now. I cant believe that of the 6 estimates I received, it was a last minute call to JJ Tree Services that proved to be a gem. It is difficult to find honest, dependable and knowledgeable people to work on my home. I will call them again for future tree trimming and I highly recommend them.

My 40+ foot tall box elder tree busted a limb (3 foot in diameter) that fell into a lower branch (2 foot in diameter) with the rest of the limbs stretching over my backyard, dining room, master bedroom and porch. John met with me, gave me the best estimate for a very dangerous job, came out and made the tree safe, even though everything was still wet from the storms. His crew came back the next day and finished taking out the tree and stump and cleaned up my yard. Awesome job!!!! Very happy customer and I will refer anyone that asks to you. Thank you to you and your crew. I have some great pictures for you.

JJ did an amazing job on our new home. It finished with a park like atmosphere. He showed me his license as soon as he arrived. His pricing was under my budget. He did such a great job that our neighbors hired him to do work on their trees. Thank you JJ!

My parents Were very impressed with John and whole crew who did a fantastic job trimming all our Oaks as we requested. Very prompt got here on time and clean up was amazing after all the debris were chipped up. He even trimmed some shrubs that was not inlcuded free of charge as he said we needed it to clear my roof.
