I was not expecting, but was grateful for, same-day service. A crew arrived less than an hour after I called for an estimate and then immediately went to work. After they left, I called to make an appointment for a second job, also not expecting same-day service. The crew returned and completed this one too. The workers were efficient and respectful of my property and time.

Santos, and his crew did a fantastic job, for me and my next door neighbor.

I selected Tree Service Santos over three other services. They offered the best price for cutting, removing, and stump grinding six big trees from my backyard. They did an EXCELLENT job! When they finished the job, there was no evidence that the trees ever existed. I will continue to use them in the future and I highly recommend you hire them as well.

Great work! They took down a few trees in our yard, they were super responsive , pricing was fair and they came same week we called for an estimate. They took the trees down , hauled them off and cleaned up ! Very satisfied would absolutely use them again!

Did not use this company, but they stuck a sticker of their business card to my car window while it was in my driveway. The heat melted it to the window.

Absolutely unprofessional, and will advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company. This happened in a no-solicitation neighborhood, and required the person to walk onto the property to trespass onto the property to reach the vehicle.

We live on acreage in the hill country and over the years have had tree work done by a number of companies. Without a doubt, Tree Service Santos is the most efficient, reasonably priced and dependable company we have ever dealt with- by a mile! The crew that did our job worked, almost incessantly during 4 very hot days- pausing only briefly to eat their lunch before resuming. The work they did was thorough, expertly done and, in some cases over and above the scope of work I had negotiated. When I initially met Santos, to lay out the work that I needed- he gave me his estimate (less than half of what another company had quoted- then told me that I did not have to pay anything until the work was completed and I was completely satisfied with what they had done. Who does that? After watching his crew work, I can understand why he was so confident. This is a family owned and operated company. They have excellent equipment and are very careful to sterilize their tools. In the end, I was so pleased that I actually added money to the estimate to show my appreciation for the skill and hard work of the crew. Santos and Team did a wonderful job trimming our two-story tall palms, grinding down several stumps, tree removals and tree trimming. They were prompt and thorough with both their quote and service. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

We have had Tree Services Santos do 3 jobs in the past, the first was to remove several trees and trim others, we were impressed with their service and have used them for tree trimming twice to finish our yard, we have like fifty plus trees. We just had a tree branch break off and called them, they came and cleared and mulched the fallen branch and trimmed the tree on the same day. We are extremely happy with their service and recommend them for all tree service. We plan on calling them for all our tree services.
