Came right on time and completed the work quickly. Cleaned stones and bricks on the house which had many black spots on them and they looked great afterwards. The garage, patio, driveway and walkways all looked amazing. We had no idea they had gotten so dirty. Very pleased with the results!

I’m not an easy person to satisfy but Patrick has done it twice now. He knows what he is doing and gets it done as promised and on budget which was less than others had quoted with spectacular results. I highly recommend his service. I will have to add photos at a later date when it’s dark.

When we bought our house in 2020, the red tile roof was really dirty and I’ve wondered how much better the house would look if we had it cleaned. We saw John’s company on TV, reached out and he just finished our roof cleaning today. It looks amazing!! It makes the house look 10-15 years younger! Working with John was so easy and he and his partner are extremely professional and dedicated to providing superb results. They also cleaned the walkway around our pool which cannot be power washed and it too looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company!
