I was very disappointed with the Lawn Doctor. I found them to be non responsive and could not even provide me with a schedule or a plan for treatment of my lawn. The quality of the service was poor. I saw no benefit from their services. When I inquired about any of this, their was no solution offered. Don’t waste your money.

Aly and team are absolutely amazing. Family run and they take care of your every need. So much so that they even come out to your house to make sure everything is growing appropriately. Highly highly highly recommend

Lawn doctor had excellent equipment to aerate our lawn. He was careful to get all of our lawn and miss our sprinklers. I would highly recommend him for this service. I don’t remember what I paid but I remember thinking it was reasonable.

I strongly advise against hiring this company. Despite engaging their services for weed control on two separate properties, both remain heavily overrun with weeds. Their performance has been severely lacking, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to others.

Mel and Steven are fantastic! Their communication is wonderful including estimated arrival time and scheduled service reminders. Mel is also responsive to questions and provides great feedback and suggestions to improve your yard - I genuinely feel like he cares for my yard like he would care for his own. Mel also has great resources/recommendations for other services related to your yard (ex. tree trimming) which has also improved our yard quality. FAIR PRICING. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. We highly recommend Lawn Doctor! They explain the services they are providing at each visit; they arrive exactly when they say they will; and they are responsive if we have a question. And the weeds are gone! MUCH MUCH better than the big national company we tried for a year and canceled as soon as we could.

Been using Lawn Doctor for maintaining my yard for over a year now. They have effectively controlled the insects and fungus in our St Augustine turf which are found in almost every lawn in our community. They provide 24 hour notice before they arrive and when finished they leave a report of what they did and what I need to do to ensure the best result and keep children/adults and pets safe. Overall, a very professional operation. I have been very pleased.

Mel Morgan and team have been super-reliable over the 2 years, or so, we have signed on to their service, and, what is great for the homeowner is that they keep a sharp eye on the weather and advise a change appointment is required if rain is expected on the day they plan to apply weed control, thereby avoiding an application that would be wasted on wet grass. That’s pretty good service. We don’t think you could find any better!

This was my first time using with Lawn Doctor (or any lawn service). I needed core aeration and found these folks to be easy to work with and very reasonably priced. Mel was great, I got a text letting me know my scheduled day and another when he arrived. Service was quick and well done. I'll definitely call Lawn Doctor again next time I need lawn work. Thanks!

I had tried several other lawn management firms in the past with minimal success. I have now been with Lawn Doctor for over two years and could not be more pleased with the results. we continually receive compliments about how lush and green our lawn looks. I highly recommend The Lawn Doctor - they know what they are doing!

Do not use this company! My lawn is completely dead after three treatments which totaled about $250. We were not home when the technician showed up for the third application (we were not provided adequate notice of the service) so we did not unlock our back gate. The technician did the front and charged us full price. When asked for a refund as our lawn looks worse than when we first contacted them we were denied in a very rude manner. The service was expensive, abysmal and the owner was extremely impolite when I expressed dissatisfaction with the service.

I have used Lawn Doctor ever since we moved to our new house 3 years ago. Our lawn was in horrible shape because the house had been vacant for a year and a half. I had considered removing the lawn and starting over; however, my technician told me to wait a year because he felt he could bring my lawn back. A year later, I started receiving compliments about how great my lawn looked. I highly recommend them for your lawn fertilization needs.

Ally, Carol, Bud and Angel are the best. The best part is them working together with me to help me achieve the best lawn in the neighborhood. Answer all my questions and are very attention to detail. If you need a honest value company please give them a call and let them know I sent you 😊

I was skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith. My lawn had a ton of weeds in it and now there's one or two I'll see every once in a while. My grass is pretty and soft. I am happy to walk around with bare feet and play with my dogs without worrying about weeds. I'm going to be a forever customer with Lawn Doctor!!

My lawn was recently treated by Rico from Lawn Dr NW San Antonio location. His professional approach to multiple tasks to include weed & grub control and mosquito prevention was very thorough. I truly appreciated him taking time to inspect lawn as he worked to identify and treat observations he noticed. Before departing, he provided a simple explanation of services he performed and noted specific areas he gave extra attention. I've used this Lawn Dr location since 2022 and I'm beyond impressed on how well my lawn looks. I highly recommend their services and Rico.

Although we did not end up with the result that we wanted, I would say that the Lawn Doctor was a good experience overall. The people are the best part of Lawn Doctor. They communicated with us and kept us informed throughout the process. Any question that I had, they were able to answer. In addition, being to cancel at any time is awesome. Unfortunately, the weed situation for us never got better. Our next door neighbor used Lawn Doctor and had great results. We were hoping for the same.

This company ruined my lawn and refuses to refund my money. The owner doesn't care about customer satisfaction or standing by the work they perform. The owner is rude and uncompromising. I was told during the initial consultation that I would see a difference after two treatments which I certainly did as the lawn is completely brown/Black. They are dishonest and shoddy. I would recommend choosing a company who strives to honor their promises. I should have gotten some weed and seed from Lowes and gotten better results for less than $60. Instead I spent over $250 for this company to kill my lawn.
