Worst landscaping company ever!! Do not use them as the landscape company for your community, or you will regret it!!

Nowhere to use restrooms.
Drinking hose water or die from dehydration.
Walk everywhere and management can't get you on the visitors lost for usaa for nothing. Terrible idea to work for them

Truck riding my bumper, passing lane came up, must have done 80 to get around me in 60mph zone. Kept speeding till he got on next cars bumper, whole time looked like they were on a phone. Last digits of license plate, 4910.

Bare minimum work. Sloppy. Would miss appointments and lie about it (surprise, we have video footage of the no shows) Non responsive. Canceled contract and better for it.

Made an appointment with Brian for 4:30. At 5:15 no call no show. Sent him a text he said he would try to make it around 6pm. Unacceptable not to call when running that late. Didn't try to reschedule, just said, "OK." Don't waste your time.

Got home from work, and a truck was here at my apartment shredding leaves. The truck had such a poor covering on it that all the debri was flying out of the truck. ALL cars were covered. Lucky for me i wasnt home to get the worst of it. However, i parked nearby and got out of my car to be greeted by a sheet of debri and dust i my eyes. After cleaning up to where i could keep my eyes open, i told them they need to stop until they have the truck covered. The drivers got out and told me "the owners need to give us better s#$t"... 👏 great job truck number 153074. This type of work is despicable and shouldnt even be paid for.

They will tell you anything to get you to pay EXCEPT perform the contracted services. Do not use them. They have only been to our community 3 to 4 times all summer. They've lied and weaseled their way through the summer. Pretty sad for a large publically traded company. I'll never use them again and I will, at every opportunity, tell everyone how horrible they are.

Following-up 9/2/2019:
They came once in the last two weeks making it all of one time for the entire month of August. They aren't returning calls from HOA managers either. I responded to them privately, even though it was very snarky, they have not followed-up over the past two weeks.

We done business with this Compay for 3 year. First 2 years they did an outstanding, on the 3rd year a new manager took over our account was very unprofessional our property to this day looks unkept weeds and grass to high. When contacting the overall Manager he just tells that he will correct the problem but never does. We would have terminated them but the way the contract is written it’s very hard to do. Glad that our contract with the is soon to end 1 June 2023. I would think twice before I would do business with them unless their management changes. Last thing the corporate office is hard to contact and when you do they have the same management in your area contact you and they still doesn’t correct the problems that you are complaining about.

While caring for my lawn they destroyed one of my lawn ornaments. I provided video of them destroying it and was assured that it would be handled. I contacted them several times and there has been no resolution. Very unsatisfied! Unfortunately it is the place the rental company pays to care for our lawns and I cant just take my business elsewhere.

This company was selected for the Turning Stone in Cibolo after a bidding process by our board. There were a few issues during the transition but seemed to become stable. Then we realized they only cut the grass. They don't maintain any of the landscape like the previous vendor. Now that the grass has become active again the green spaces are overgrown and they are once again not mowing consistently and the neighborhood has never looked worse. The HOA management company is constantly told they will send staff out to mow but they never show. Avoid this bait and switch company at all costs.

Amazing Compost services provided by Chris Cardenas and ABC Home Services Lawn Care. Chris was very professional and friendly. He fully explained the entire process and product that was being dispensed on my lawn. Chris provided additional comments and suggestions to better care for my lawn. We had your consultant come to our home to give a quote on new sod for our yard and found his demeanor to be unpleasant and arrogant. He looked visibly bothered to be there at 10am on a Saturday. Between interrupting me mid-sentence and telling me grass needs sun to grow he was rude. We just found out this morning that we won a civil case where the other party will need to pay for our lawn revitalization, so I am sorry to say his poor customer service just cost your company twelve thousand dollars. Thank you for your time but we will be seeking services elsewhere.

Great and efficient service! From estimate (Joseph Allen) to the work done by Javier and crew, everything was excellent and done with great service. Thank you! With all the different kinds of home care they offer the choice was easy!

From the initial sale from Vince Ng to the paver expertice of Pedro Flores and Renet Jimenez and the replacing and repairing of my irrgation sytem by Lane, the experience and more importantly the results were beyond my expectations. We did run into a problem during the begining of the work but with the assitance of Jose Cortes the problem was quickly resolved. Only a good companies like ABC will remedy problems as they arise. I not only would recommend ABC to my neighbors and friends, they are asking me who did the great paver and lawn work. This was only phase 1 of my over all plan and I will call ABC to complete phase 2.

Bad service and poorly managed group. They killed most my grass. Messed up repeatedly over 7 months. Then I cancel and they charged me again for past months. Horrible

A year ago we almost lost our front lawn to chinch bugs and a fungus. After trying numerous treatments with no success, we finally called ABC Home and Commercial Services (Lawn Care Department) to have them evaluate the problem. They gave a thorough and detailed explanation of what was causing my lawn to die and recommended a treatment plan. Our lawn quickly started recovering after they began treatment and now we have a very healthy, thick, green lawn free of disease and bugs. Even during this summer’s extreme heat our lawn has done well with Stage 2 watering and ABC Lawn Care Treatments. I highly recommend them to everyone!

During my most recent appointment my service tech Quan was prompt, knowledgeable regarding my various questions about the products and long/short term expectations. He was also very thorough as far as following up before he left . Cheryl is who I speak with most often, she's always pleasant and each call feels personable. From my initial call a year ago, she took the time to understand what I wanted/needed and came up with a game plan that has been just what we needed. Cheryl is very proactive communicating with me possible adjustments without being pushy she's awesome. Overall I'm very happy with Lawn Doctor service as a whole.

Horrible experience after 1 year doing all the treatments including the aeration my lawn looks awful . Paid for every service they offer and too be honest I don’t think they did anything except charge me !!! Run from these people …Now they have responded with pure bs . They have no clue what they have done to my lawn or even what kind of grass I have . I fired them and they came out again and fertilized without my permission and we just fertilized a week ago . My lawn is cooked . They are incompetent and they are liars .They have never attempted to repair the damage they have done to my lawn ! Whoever is responding to my review is a liar .
