They had a lot of choices of plants, and the plants seemed to be in good shape. They even had people there to help (carry and load).

I bought 10 bags of mulch at the garden center which was delivered to my car and loaded by a very courteous employee.

Prices are pretty high but it is Lowe’s after all.

Worst experience I have ever had. Stood for over an hour. They took my money and didn’t deliver my dryer. I had to call and get details. They canceled my order and they want me to pay to reorder. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE CARES

Hats off to CONNIE, a staff member at Lowe’s Garden Center on Blanco and 1604!! Whereas service is always very good , it is not often that one is assisted by an employee who goes over and beyond and whose service is clearly outstanding. Ms CONNIE assisted my husband and me. I won’t go into details because it would be a long story, but her help and follow through merits special notice! NOTE TO LOWE’s....” Ms CONNIE is professional and possesses very strong work ethics! She represents you so well. You are a great store and Ms CONNIE makes you look greater!”

I really love this store. Not only do they have absolutely everything one could need, the have military discounts, they are very dog friendly, their staff members are so helpful. Their return policy is the best, bar none. Way to go Lowe's!!

Ask for Katie! She is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I look for her every time because she always gives me the best advice. They have a surprisingly nice selection but Katie’s tips are the main reason I go!

I came home from working a long day of work this past Monday to find my car full of dirt and dust and leaves super annoying this company it’s not very good at their job

Our HOA requires us to use this company. I have found it necessary to hire my own private company to do their job. They are the worst company that we have used for lawn maintenance. Do not use this company if you have a choice in the matter. Unfortunately, I have to pay them to not touch my yard.

Poor service. They only cut the front yard, edged the sides too low (burnt the grass) and never returned to cut the rear grass (3 weeks now).
Save yourself a headache and above all money
