Brightview has no regard for your property. They kick rocks up like crazy and broke one of my car windows, but when I attempted to contact them no one answered nor returned my call. Do NOT use this trash company, as they should be shutdown permanently!

The service crew comes through our gate with a standing mower for every week and it barely fits through our gate. Last week they rashed into our fence and broke our gate. Manager Nolan Fisher claims the gate was already broken before the crew entered our yard and refused to be responsible for the damages.

By far the most irresponsible and unprofessional landscaping company we have had so far. Crew are often seen "distracted" from their work while on site...they keep the law mower running with a loud noise while being in your phone...or take 1 hour naps in the front lawn and do not bother knocking on my front door to let me know about the damage they have done after crashing into our fence....

I am part of two HOAs and we utilize Best Landscapes for both and are very pleased with the responsiveness and service.

I highly recommend this company. They did a fabulous job. We’re super easy to work with.

Not aware of the actual work although their behavior what constitutes me not ever using their service and making sure everybody i know will follow suit. I was on Stone Oak Dr around 4:30 driving towards 1604. The truck and trailer cut me off then lays on the horn and proceed to give me a rude hand gesture. Would not recommend this business based on their behavior.

Horrible!!! Subdivision electric gates are almost never working properly after being repaired by Best Landscape 👎. Electronic and pin private entry also works half the time!! Explains how it’s not his/their fault even though they are called back to repair the on going issues!! Do Not Recommend!!

Best landscapers I have ever known. I work for Concept Association Management and I found this company thru a developer here in San Antonio. They are on it. They do beautiful work. They did installs in 5 new hoa communities and they also do the maintenance on them. Reasonable and high quality work with outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Their Access Division is phenomenal, I work in HOA management and we recently brought them on at one of my properties to manage the gates. Robert Smith and Scott Cole are very professional, prompt, thorough, and informative. They don’t cut corners and the quality of their work is impeccable.

Their gate access crew is very good also

Their employees don't even know how to drive. I was cut off at a Thousand Oaks and 35.
By a crew in truck number 54. When I pulled up alongside them, they were laughing and talking on their phones. If they can't focus while they're driving, what makes me think they can focus on lawn care. I would not recommend using them

Awesome Job ,reliable, and being disabled and on a fixed income he worked with me and and did more work then expected, I will be calling them back again and recommend Will's lawn care service to my friends, family and neighbors.

Don't like to do this but, Will was supposed to come out and cut my yard yesterday. I have called, text, and even left a voicemail- no response. I hope things are ok but please take the time out to respond to potential customers.

I scheduled lawn service with Will over the phone. He promised to come the next day at 9am. I told him my elderly parents needed help with their yard. This is after I told him another business didn’t show up. He said quote “I wouldn’t do that”. Well needless to say he was a no show. And didn’t call or text to let me know anything. All I can that is bad business. I wouldn’t rely on business men that break their promises. Who knows maybe he’ll make it right.

WILL'S LAWN CARE SERVICE has very reasonable prices is very communicative and reliable. They also do great work!! You dont even have to be home and he will still go do the job he can work around your schedule and meet your needs. I would rate him A+ thanks again for doing my yard.

My tree came down after a storm and I needed it cleared immediately along with branch cutting on what was left of the tree. The owner Will was here the next day and gave the lowest price of everyone I called! He had it all cleaned up and looking great in no time!

1st choice tree & lawn maintenance really gets the job done!! I was putting off getting our trees trimmed for a while. Thankfully I came in contact with Will! They got the job done so quick, arrived when they said they would and were done when they said they would be. They cleaned everything up and I’m so happy with the results!! Will continue using there services and 100% recommend!
