I had a leak in my spa that I was struggling to have someone locate and fix. Jeff and his team were able to fix it in 3 days and found a way to do it that did not involve jackhammering up my concrete stairs. Excellent service, communication and company!!! Highly recommend!!!

He’s not a pool builder but a pool cleaner or at least in 2013 couldn’t get a pool permit in Terrell Hills but my architect didn’t catch the lack of the permit. I didn’t know because in San Antonio no permit required. He built a pool for me so poorly we had to tear it down. I have a judgment against him he can’t pay! He has gotten away with stealing from me, as there are no laws to enforce the judgment.
The spa he built me ran backwards, you could not put jets in because the holes the wrong size , the mortar joints were too large, he covered my Drain ( he calls them “ baby killers “) and did it improperly. The pool also leaked continuously and the light never worked. I have many pictures and a lot of documentation on this. Beware of Jeff Flores & if you are stuck with him now retain enough money to fix the problems. He said he would fix everything and of course he disappeared. I lost over 35,000$ on the pool and additional $12,000 on an attorney and got uncollectible judgment. Beware there are no customer protection laws in Texas in home construction in my experience.

Don’t waste your time. Two weeks in a row, no one has shown up to clean our pool. When we contacted the owner about the first missed week, he questioned us and said that someone should have been by. Not only was I home all day and no one showed up, but it was clear from just looking at our pool that it had not been cleaned. My husband let the owner know that we needed someone to come ASAP as our home is currently for sale and we needed the pool clear in advance of an open house. He never responded. When the second week rolled around, they never showed. My husband called the owner - voicemail box full. He texted him multiple times - no response. He called another higher up at the company - phone turned off. My husband then went to a pool supply shop to get some chemicals to clean our pool himself and ran into two other families that had both been stood up for multiple weeks by this company.

Additionally, we had the owner put in a mesh pool fence for us. He promised us a warranty when he pitched the sale but, of course, never gave us a written warranty. Within a month the fence and gate were malfunctioning. My husband tried to call and text the owner multiple times for repairs and never received a response. We ended up removing the fence and installing a new iron one ourselves.

Customer service and communication are non-existent. Not worth your time or money.

We needed to order and install professional grade pool slide as a surprise birthday gift for daughter -- big time crunch. Called Jeff and he came out and surveyed the pool and tile layout, then helped me order a slide that would be delivered on time.
Slide arrived just in time, with Jeff and his brother Tim only having one day to install. Wife was worried how the slide would look and both of us were concerned for possible fracturing of tile during bolt placement.
They worked all day, in the heat, finishing up around 6 pm. They went above and beyond regular waterflow pipe installation, actually able to tap into our in ground waterfall feature pipe, to also be able to control the slide water feature (versus running line from within the pool at outlet).
Slide has been a huge hit for the whole family. The kids actually started crying from joy when they came home that evening and saw the slide.
Slide goes great with the pool and there were no complications. Very professional installation.
Would highly recommend service, and use again.

Jeff literally saved our pool and our minds 🤣 He not only fixed a pool problem with the sand filter that was left untouched for more than 10 years by previous owner but he came to our aid immediately when he had been booked numerous weeks out because it was a emergency situation. Couldn't be happier at the out come and the service. Be patient with peoples schedule because he is worth it!

We used Jeff to replaster our pool and to build a brand new set of wedding cake steps to enter/exit the pool (previously we just had a ladder). Jeff did the project on time and within budget. The cost was very reasonable and below that which some of the "brand name" pool companies wanted to charge us. We were very happy with his work.

Jeff did a great job renovating our pool, including new plaster, tile and equipment. As new pool owners Jeff took the time to address all our questions. He was very knowledgeable, responsive to our calls, and provided an innovative solution to eliminating our spa. The pool looks terrific!!!

Jeff did a great job and saved the day for our pool remodel. We hired another contractor to do a complete remodel but they never finished the job. After 5 months of waiting we decided to get a new company and Jeff came highly recommended from one of our neighbors.

Jeff and his crew came in to do the following:
Installed all the equipment
Fixed the coping and pool tiles that were not properly installed by the last folks
Installed a new gunite step
Completed the plumbing (drains and jets)
Fixed the leaks coming from the pool equipment
Prepped and plastered the pool
Installed the pool fence

He and his crew worked tirelessly for 5 days to get the pool ready in time for our guests who were visiting from New York.

He returned calls and texts promptly and was great to work with.

We also hired him to clean and service the pool on a monthly basis. They just came out today and showed me how to work all the equipment and answered all of my questions.

I would definitely recommend his company.

Our pool remodel went great and we couldn't be happier. Jeff gave us a reasonable bid and timeline and did everything he promised. Jeff and his team know their stuff and do quality work. I was fortunate to have found Four Seasons Pool Service to complete my major pool and patio remodel. Jeff is one of the most capable human beings out there. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgable, honest and hard working. He was always willing to work to modify and enhance the project with any details necessary create a truly magnificent result. He remodeled the entire patio with marble pavers, placed new tiles, plaster, Baja shelf with bubbler, outdoor shower, granite fire pit, etc. He completed it efficiently and with the utmost attention to detail. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work to make out backyard dream come to reality!

Our pool remodel was wonderful!!! Jeff gave us an itinarary and was on schedule in completing the whole project. Jeff is perfectionist, and is very knowledgeable. When many companies didn't want to take on our remodel, he found the way to give our family a Wonderfull pool that we get to enjoy and make memories with our kids.
