Charles has been wonderful, I have been using him for years now! I get the carpets cleaned 2x/year and the couch 1x/year leaving the house feeling fresh and prolonging the life of my carpet and furniture. He’s very responsive and kind, would recommend!

Communication is good very friendly and he does a great job. The first time I had my carpets cleaned was when I was moving out of my rental and bought my house. He is the only one that I will use and that was almost 5 years ago. Very rare do I recommend anyone to friends or family but with no hesitation I recommended this company. They are great.

I highly recommend using Dream Klean II as your carpet & upholstery cleaning service company. I was lucky enough to find him during our first “snowpocalypse” back in 2021 to clean my brand new couch that my chihuahua peed on. The storm had began to hit us early that morning that he was to arrive and I honestly didn’t think he would make it out given the circumstances and it would have been completely understandable if he didn’t but he made it out! I was impressed. He was quick, efficient & professional. His prices are fair in my opinion. He’s even cleaned my mother in law’s couch for her. I refer him to anyone that needs cleaning done. He drove in from Austin and cleaned our carpet that same evening! He was efficient and thorough.
