MERCED and JAD were very friendly and very professional, they did an excellent job on my carpet which needed a lot of love and it looks brand new, and smells amazing. I’ve never used this company before but will be recommending it to everyone! Also if I need to, I will be using them again. They are amazing and at a great price! Thanks guys. Steam Master reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. They worked with me to ensure I was satisfied. I really appreciate a company that stands behind their service and takes customer feedback seriously. That level of customer care says a lot. Highly recommend!

First I’d like to say they did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. It looks good as new but I can’t help but feel like we were overcharged. Our initial quote exceeded $1000 for one 12x12 room and when we asked for less services, he brought it down to $700. We didn’t know any better so we agreed to pay it but after doing a little more homework on what other vendors charged, we paid a little too much. Compare quotes before committing to one!

I used steam master cleaning to clean my Bassett couch that I've had for about 5 years. Merced and LJ came and did an absolutely amazing job! I was able to notice a difference before it even fully dried! They were so kind and even took time to clean my grout :)

Had Ed come and clean one couch, one loveseat and one recliner. The couch was pretty dirty, had chocolate stains and chunks melted on it. The others were just everyday use (not abuse! LOL) Ed did a fantactic job!! Very pleased! Here's some before and after of the couch, the dirtiest piece.

Manny did an amazing job on our carpet! He was very kind, professional, thorough in his explanations and cleaning! He made sure my husband and I were pleased from beginning to end, and we will absolutely be calling him back in the future! Thanks Manny for an awesome experience. I initially had a positive experience with this steam cleaning company, the first technician did a good job and left me satisfied. Unfortunately, my most recent service was a complete disappointment.
This time, the technicians damaged several corners of my freshly painted walls, chipped the trim, and even tested paint in a very visible spot without informing me. They also missed cleaning an entire room upstairs, and in their rush, caused even more damage to the corners and baseboards, which is evident in the photos I’ve attached.
The technician was extremely unprofessional, losing his temper quickly and even recording me inside my own home in an attempt to provoke a reaction. He went so far as to threaten legal action, which was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Despite his claim of having 15 years of contractor experience, the quality of the work was poor and careless on the wall he repaired, with zero attention to detail creating straight lines.
I made it clear that I had just had all my walls painted and that I was moving out, but that didn’t seem to matter.

The technician even requested that I leave a review, so here it is.

Do not trust this company with your home. They did not show any care or respect for my property, and the results speak for themselves. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional or reliable service.

Merced and LJ did amazing on our couch and even were gracious enough to take extra time clean our grout in our master bathroom. They were so knowledgeable and kind! Definitely request them for services, it will be worth it :)

Evan, my technician is awesome! I would highly recommend! Just had my cleaning service done today on two rugs, a sofa and loveseat, and an upholstered bed frame. Even is very personable, efficient and professional! I would use Steam Master again for any future cleaning needs! And they are very affordable compared to the other quotes I received. Cheers!

They did a great job getting stains on our white couch that I tried to get out myself and failed! Very prompt service and Matt and Michael did a great job! Looks brand new 😊

Update: After posting my original review, the General Manager personally reached out to me to discuss my concerns. I genuinely appreciate the professionalism, respect, and time he took to explain how the pricing was calculated and to listen to my feedback.

During our conversation, I learned that I had been quoted the final out the door price after all discounts were applied, and I was not aware of what the pricing looked like before discounts. That misunderstanding contributed to my feeling that the service was more expensive than expected. I do believe clearer explanation of base pricing versus discounted pricing upfront would help prevent confusion for future customers.

I was not seeking compensation or additional services, but I truly respect a business that takes accountability and follows up with customers. Because of the professional outreach and willingness to address my concerns, I am updating my rating to 4 stars.

Be careful with pricing. I scheduled Steam Master Cleaning after receiving a 3 room special flyer that did not mention any room size limits. These flyers are sent to neighborhoods with larger homes, so maximum room sizes should be clearly disclosed, otherwise it feels misleading.

To be fair, they did provide a quote before starting work. I agreed because I needed the cleaning done urgently and trusted the company based on its strong reviews. Unfortunately, I now feel I was significantly overcharged.

One room was counted as two rooms because it was considered too large, even though a large area rug covered more than 50 percent of the space and that rug was never lifted or cleaned underneath. They simply cleaned around it, which makes it hard to understand how it qualified as two rooms. I also had my sofa and stairs done along with an additional area rug.

The technicians were polite and the cleaning results were okay, but communication and pricing transparency were lacking. I also requested to split payment between cash and credit card, but my card was charged in full first and then cash was handed back to me.

I paid almost 1000 dollars total for a house that is 3000 feet and 1/2 is flooring not carpet. Given today’s economic climate, I expected fair and transparent pricing from a reputable company. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. I recommend getting all pricing details and room size limits clearly defined in writing before allowing anyone to come to your house and service begins.

Renee was at the house today and god the carpet looks brand spanking new! Such a great experience and great guy. Took time to explain everything. Call them!

Fernando did an excellent job! I called one afternoon and they came next day. Right on schedule and very professional. They cleaned sofa and two chairs. Highly recommend

Mike and Devon did an amazing job steam cleaning our sectional, area rugs and bedroom carpet. They were very professional with great personalities. They moved the furniture in the living room and even rotated the area rug for us. We were very impressed with both of these young men and highly recommend Steam Master Cleaning.

I had the pleasure of receiving a carpet cleaning today from LJ. He was super nice, informative and did an amazing job! Unfortunately we had a dog sitter who wasn't aware that the dogs weren't allowed on the rug and one had an accident. My handy dandy husband tried to clean it as best he could but he definitely isn't a professional 🤐🤣 I am so happy with how bright and new my rug looks now! Thank you so much LJ! I will definitely be a returning customer and refer any of my family, friends & clients in the market for your services!

Definitely recommend Steam Master. Manny did such a great job! My couch was in storage for two years with dog pee, dog hair, you name it, and he came in and did a great job on my couch to get it back to where it was before. I’m in love with my couch again.

After having a sewage pipe bust & flood our living room, we wanted to disinfect all the furniture in that room. Once our reconstruction was completed, I immediately called Steam Master Cleaning & they had ASAP availability. This is the 3rd time we've used them & this time did not disappoint either! Today, Juan & Pete cleaned/steamed & sanitized both of our couches...making them good as new. They were professional, time efficient, & very accommodating to what our needs were. Our family will continue to use Steam Master Cleaning because of their quality cleaning & incredible customer service from the technicians.

ARTURO is HIM. Called the company after my landlord failed to clean out the house we moved into, Arturo came noticed how livid I was and literally said he got this. In 4 hours Arturo changed my entire mood when I walked back in the house. An extreme Deep clean bringing back the carpets to life got rid of the oder, stains and even small food debris that got stuck into the carpet. 100 percent recommend.

Very happy with our service today! Matt & Michael were courteous and efficient. Our stairs take a lot of traffic with toddlers and a golden retriever. They made the carpets look brand new and got rid of some stubborn pet stains. An easy booking process with fast availability.

Brantley was professional, polite, thorough and very efficient. He took care of all the carpeted rooms much faster than we anticipated. His process of vacuuming, preteatment, steaming left the rooms looking like new and smelling great. He educated us on routine care, proper drying procedures and safety precautions. From scheduling to payment, everything went buttery smooth.

Highly recommend their service and will definitely book with them again.
