Had a guy named manny come out. He did such a great job. Explained everything from start to finish. Had a great attitude. He made me feel so comfortable. He made the carpet looks great again. Michael Royce did an amazing job steam cleaning my upholstery. He was professional, on time, and very thorough. The stains and odors I thought were permanent came out completely, and everything looks and smells fresh again. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. Great experience! Juan made our carpets look great. He got out all the stains and they smell super fresh. We also had him do a couple of dining chairs that were badly stained as well, I never thought the stains would come out but they look brand new. He worked quickly and was very polite, highly recommend.

I am beyond satisfied with the service LJ provided me with. He was very personable and professional. The fact that he is a cat person was a plus, lol. Today I had Steam Master Cleaning send a very smart, professional and highly knowledgeable man Manny to our new construction home to look at our tile floor mess. We have never had tile flooring before and the floors were turned over to us with dirt and building dust caked into the tiny groves and I just couldn’t get them cleaned. “Manny” came into the house asked me what were the areas that we were looking at getting cleaned and explained that he would like to get measurements of the areas and a good look at what we had for him to do so he could give us an honest estimate and I showed him around and he took his time looking at everything. We didn’t have much furniture, and he was taking everything into account, he was very attentive.
Once he got done looking at everything he sat down at the counter and only after I insisted or he would have stood up and wrote the estimate. He explained what he could do for us and he gave us several options we went with just a steam cleaning of the tile for now because the packers are going to be here soon and are going to get it dirty again and the builder is going to have to make a lot of repairs to the grout. So we will ask to get Manny to come back and seal the grout. After we made our decision he explained the whole process and what he would be doing in the house and helped me move our heavy recliner couch and went out and got his equipment ready.
Manny came inside and got right to work and was very careful the furniture we had inside house and did an outstanding job! Our tile floor before he did them felt like they had dirt on them and when you rubbed your hand on the tile floor it just didn’t feel clean or smooth. When Manny got done the floors actually shined and were smooth and just felt clean. I am very impressed by Manny and Steam Master Cleaning, their process is awesome. Manny moved our couch and love seat back where they were and that was very helpful as I am a disabled veteran.
I also want to mention the young lady that calls and sets up the appointment Ingrid she is very pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. What a great team!

Can’t recommend Zach R & the Steam Master Cleaning company enough! We called and within 2 hours of that call, not only was the estimate visit complete but the entire service was done and my mom’s mattress was clean once again. Windows were cleaned very quickly, but two screens were not replaced, four were replaced incorrectly, and the frame on another screen was bent. An interior shade was also not put back correctly.
