I reached out to Fly Home Services based upon a coupon that was advertised on Facebook. $99 chimney cleaning. They arrived, and immediately charged me more. "Oh the $99 special only cleans it one way, and you need it cleaned another way, so it will be $350. Classic bait and switch. Whatever. I needed it done and was preoccupied with another home improvement project I was getting done on the same day that was more important than the chimney, so I said go ahead and do what you need to do, and paid the price. In retrospect, had I not been distracted by something else, I would have questioned this harder and probably said no, because I do not honestly see how what they did was any different than what was adverstised with the coupon. I think they saw what was happening at my house and used that opportunity to charge me more. I was told there is a part on my fireplace that needs replacing. I was told not to use my fireplace until it was replaced. Yet they failed to ever get back to me with a quote to fix it- even after I texted multiple times. When I reached out to the office directy was told to wait while they figured it out and here it is 6 weeks later and I still have no further customer support from them. They basically came in , took almost $400 rather than $100 from me, left a mess of soot everywhere that took multiple moppings/cleanings to do away with, and left me hanging on the rest of the project support. I would never recomend them or hire them again for anything.

I was skeptical when I was taking an appointment cos the person who handles appointments was not responding clearly. Will say have many slots next week n get stuck to just one date n time.
Finally when it was time Nathan called 30 mins before .. and was on time n did an amazing job. Full 5 stars just for him ..
He was thorough about what to do and did not over market what needs to be done. He did what I had signed up for. I have sever allergies and I can Def breathe better after he did the hepa. We also did return vents and he did an amazing job cleaning up after himself too.
Will definitely call fly and ask for Nathan next time aswell!!

I was looking for air duct cleaning in New Braunfels and I called fly home services to do the job. They arrived on time and gave me very professional service they also were patient and the price was fair without any gimmicks.

Awesome service, very quick, very friendly, very effective! We can breathe so much more easily now after David identified black mold in our ducts and worked with our landlord to clean it out! It was found and then cleaned 24hs later. Very grateful!

Guys came in connected large vacuum to pull all light dust from the ducts. If you want ducts brushed thats an upcharge. They brushed and vacuumed the vents. They scrub and vacuumed the fireplace, for a good cleaning. Very nice and polite gentlemen. I will use them again.

You know the saying " everything but the kitchen sink"....The tech literally fixed my kitchen sink for free. Very professional. Arrived on time. Sent me pictures of progress. I definitely recommend and will be using them again.
