At Burditt Tile and Stone we look to partner up with excellent company's like Cross Cleaning! They came in and did a deep cleaning to a commercial project downtown that we just completed.

They were very satisficed with the result.

The integrity use to be there. Not sure what happen to this company. Tommy used the company I worked for, for deliveries, multiple times.
The last time he used the company he ended up not paying.
We picked up cabinets and flooring for two different customers of his. When it was time to deliver, his second customer didn't answer the phone and he didn't answer the Phone. The movers had no choice but to return to the yard because it was late. I ended up getting a call from tommy. He stated that the customer had left a key under the mat and that he forgot to tell us that, he also said his phone had died so that why we couldnt answer. We ended up getting the stuff delivered for him, to his customers liking (placed stuff were they requested) when it came time to pay, tommy didn't understand why the charge had almost doubled. After explaining the reasons he told me he would be able to pay the following week once a few checks had cleared. I understood and was okay with that. A week went by and I didn't get a call or email. I called the office and a lady told me he was not in because he was moving his son but she would have him call me. Again, I didn't get a call back so I called again, this time I was told he didn't work on mondays. Again no phone call.
After weeks of trying to collect payment, I ended up paying the movers out of my own personal pocket. Tommy has not responded to my text and the office will no longer return my calls. God bless him and may he prosper.

This company advertises good specials but the work provided does not look like the pictures. They will try to sell additional services and more expensive sealers. The workers who did the kitchen floor left dirty streaks at the edge of the floor and stains on the baseboards. It appeared that the workers did not have much experience with the work they were doing.

Cross Cleaning did a wonderful job steam cleaning the grout on our tile floors and color sealing them. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Our D'Hanis tile floors needed a different treatment than ceramic or Saltillo, but the owner worked with us to get a good final result. The floors look great and the finish is easy to care for and lasting.

Before I decided to work with Cross Cleaning, I checked with the Better Business Bureau. Cross has an A+ rating and has no complaints. I worked with Tommy (owner) and the result was a very positive and fair experience. I look forward to a continuing relationship with Cross.

We hired Tommy to remodel of the bathroom, update flooring and paint, update kitchen countertops, and paint cabinets. The home was empty for four full weeks with no one or no furniture. He initially told us 6 to 7 weeks. October 9th will be six months, and the job was never completed. The downstairs wood-look tile was laid in an incorrect pattern that we did not choose. Grout is white with dark wood, and a haze along with gobs of dried grout is left in many areas. Carpet that was laid had to be redone because the person he used completely butchered it. We tried waiting it out so he would complete them the project, but that has not happened. Do not hire him. He will take your money and run along with leaving your project unfinished. I also recommend him to a friend of mine (same neighborhood), and he has left her job unfinished as well. Do not walk, but run away. After spending this much money, we are left still paying more to fix his mistakes.
