Do not trust this company. The owner Tommy Jackson is dishonest. I wanted my whole house grout cleaned. They chipped my grout in several places and got grout cleaner all over my stainless steel appliances. This was uncalled for and he took our money and never fixed my appliances. I hired another company to do the job right. This company does not even deserve one star.

Miguel was awesome. My floor was cleaned so well and the color seal on my grout was the perfect color. Everything looks uniform, no more different shades or grout.

I hired Tommy's company to conduct tile and grout cleaning of four bathrooms of a house I moved into. Tommy assured me the tile and grout would look renewed and like new again-because I was on the fence of getting new tile instead of doing the cleaning but it is so much more expensive. The outcome was nothing I expected. I texted and called Tommy several times while Ricky was providing the tile and grout service. I explained that the tile showers and bathroom floors were not really "transformed" and "renewed" as expected. Tommy told me to handle it with Ricky by asking Ricky to evaluate the areas I was worried about. I had already spoken with Ricky, and Ricky explained that the outcomes were the best he could do and that I should not be guaranteed the tile will look like new. Anyhow, I wrote the check for the remaining balance and am now looking into just replacing the tile and grout. I wish I would have known more about this and just put the $ toward the new installation instead. I cannot refer to this service to my friends. I feel this is not what people believe it to be. I am pretty disappointed and also sickened that I spent all this to observe essentially no change.

REPLY TO OWNER REPLY: The owner replied saying the initial deposit was with check and the remainder was with credit card. This is untrue. The initial small deposit was with credit card to reserve the appointment and then remainder was paid with check which was the bulk of the price. The owner’s return review just reassured my lack of confidence in this company’s ethics as well as customer service. I would not recommend.

This is NOT a reputable company. We had a terrible experience with our service. They essentially stole our $ by cashing our check before we were allowed to go into the rooms where the service had been done to really see what the job looked like. Once we were able to go in, we found that there was the floor seal product all over our newly painted kitchen cabinet kick plates and even some dripped on the cabinet doors. Not only thar but it was all over the baseboards in our family room
And on the bottoms of our built in cabinetry which had all been freshly painted as we were just coming to the end of our renovation process. The owner we not super agreeable to how to fix the situation and wanted to use his crew to do so which ended up meaning they did not have the right paint and our baseboards were not painted the right color. When I asked the owner to come out himself and take a look at the work they had done to see that it was not restored to its original condition, he hung up on me, and now has not responded to my husbands phone calls or texts. Not only that but when his crew finished up trying to remedy the baseboard and cabinets they pealed away the sealant in many places with the tape they had use when trying to cover/protect the floors. So now our baseboards are still not the right color and the seal has been pealed off in many spots and this WAS NOT AT ALL A quality. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation and the way it all was handled, and I would highly advise you dig deep looking into all the reviews on this company because apparently we weren’t the only situation like this.

Called them to clean carpets and remove a pet stain. I'm certain their employee never even cleaned the pet stains as i could not tell a difference in sight or smell. Called and owner said he would look into it and call us back. He never called back and now won't answer our calls. My father has been in the carpet business for over 30 years in Houston and has never had an issue with, at the least, removing the odor from a pet stain. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else to clean your carpets. I would have given 0 stars but 1 is the minimum google will allow. 0 out 5.

Edit: your response doesn't even make sense. 100% your company came and cleaned our carpet. You all did a horrible job and you also messed up my wall where your employee pulled the hose upstairs around a corner a scrapped all the texture off the corner. Why did it take you 10 months to respond? Why would I write a negative review on a service you didn't offer? You should have done the right thing 10 months ago and come back to my house and actually cleaned the spots again instead of ignoring the situation. Still 0 of 5 stars and a liar taboot.

I had them clean and put polyurethane on my Saltillo tile in my atrium. They did an absolutely fantastic job! They were diligent in ensuring the tile was as clean as it could get before sealing. I would definitely recommend them.

I have found Cross Cleaning to be very honest in what they say they can and cannot do to clean tile.Tommy will do the work himself and has worked late into the night to finish jobs that were much more involved than initially assessed. I know from experience that Tommy aims to please each customer! Hard worker!

Very fast and reliable service, professional crew and great results. We were preparing our home to sell and could not have cleaned and sealed 2,000 square feet of Saltillo tile by ourselves. This was a job best left to the pros. Cross Cleaning Company was a lifesaver! Highly recommend and will use in the future.

I had some ugly white tile in my house and could never make it shine again.I tried it all had dirty grouts which didn’t make it better, when I called Tommy he was very professional and his guys are really respectful and know what they are doing. They made my tile look bright and very cleaned no flaws!! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs tile and floor cleaning done .

I am very happy with the service I received. My grout was dirty and far from the light gray that it originally was. Cross cleaning came out and cleaned my tile and grout and no more black grout lines. The seal that was placed on the grout will keep the dirt away! I highly recommend this company. We have a very old Saltillo tile floor that needed work. We tried cleaning it but nothing worked. After contacting every cleaning company in our town with no options, we called Cross Cleaning. Tommy came out to give us an estimate, and at that time, gave us 3 cleaning options with 3 different prices. We chose the most aggressive option. They were able to move us up on the schedule, were very professional and stayed in contact with us throughout the process. When it was decided we would need an even more aggressive process, they honored the original price. They worked all day Friday and Saturday, until they were finished. They were very respectful and professional. Our floors look amazing! I would gladly work with them again and recommend them to my friends.
