Trevor was outstanding! He quoted us a good and fair price He showed up at the agreed time and got right to work. His attention to detail was great and we are very happy with the job that Premier Panes provided. He is now in our contact list.

Trevor did an amazing job cleaning our windows at two different locations. He was fast to respond and come out on short notice. He was professional and very efficient. Trevor cleaned the inside and outside of the windows making them look brand new. I would highly recommend Trevor and Premier Panes Window Cleaning.

We just built our pool and we had one of our Pentair products go out. Daniel was able to come out and fix the issue, but Pentair also sent another defective product. Danielle proceeded to come out again and fix it again no hesitation they are up and running and they look great.

Do not use their weekly pool cleaning service. The picture is an email notice I received after my pool was serviced by a poolie tech, letting me know that my pool was cleaned. Obviously, the before and after photos speak for themselves. When I called to ask about it, they texted back that they would have to charge me an extra $50 to have a tech come by before my next weekly cleaning. Before this incident, my pool was green for multiple weeks. I definitely would not recommend this service

Fiesta Pool Services has been servicing my pool since 2021. They are prompt, professional, and return your calls in a timely manner. I plan on using this service for all my pool servicing needs.

Overall experience was great from the service scheduler (Cameron) to the pool tech (Jimmy), a total team effort. Jimmy arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a bad pump. Researched and returned the next day. He replaced my old pump with a new energy efficient model. He took the time to show us how to get the most out of the new pump via the mobile app. Excellent service all around thanks Poolie Team

Marcus does a great job balancing our pool chemicals every week. He always answers any questions I have and takes the time to explain things. We have had no issues with our pool water since switching to Fiesta (and now Poolie). Our last company kept turning our pool water green and we were paying for full service. We pay less with Poolie to just do chemicals and couldn't be happier with the service.

This place is a joke. They told a customer that her pool pump was old and needed to be replaced. When, in fact, the pump was only two years old and needed a minor repair. They obviously take no pride in their work.Whatsoever.. Maybe they should focus on good work instead of buying good reviews...Would not recommend...

Our pool looks terrible I tried to cancel and a manager said they would contact us. They never have gotten in contact with us despite several calls and they still sent.someone out and the pool still looks terrible.

I was with Poolie for a year and the first person that was cleaning it was doing a really good job but the last 2 months the service got really bad and sometimes they wouldn’t even show up. If they didn’t feel like cleaning it they would say my gate was not opened or they couldn’t open my gate. I have 2 gates and my children are able to open the gates but this grown man weren’t able?? They also changed my days to Tuesdays by Thursday my pool would be dirty so had to clean it myself on Frydays.

You know what sucks? Expensive Pentair pool lights that don't work very long. Poolie came out and fixed 5 at a fair price, especially given the work it took to pull 2 of them. Thanks again for making the pool new-ish again.

Gilbert at Fiesta did a great job fixing my leaky valve. Good communication, fair price, great work. Recommended!

Well they WERE good when they were Fiesta. We were loyal Fiesta customers (weekly service
and repairs as needed ) for eight years and were very satisfied.

Unfortunately, now that they were bought by Poolie, we have issues. The weekly cleaner always backwashes an insane amount of water to the point where our water bills have increased because of how much water we have to add every week when he leaves.

Also, in spite of being weekly customers, we have been trying to get someone to come for two weeks to unclog a line and no one returns our calls or texts.

We are going to look for a different company. Beware of the great reviews because they are now a different company and not the original company.

We were formally a fiesta pools customer and LOVED them. however, fiesta merged or was bought out by Poolie. Our first technician with Pooley was Fisher and I was happy with his service. He communicated often telling me about my pools specific needs however, he quickly left and we had a new service technician. The new service technician would not notify me on cleaning days so he would show up unannounced in my backyard. This was a safety and privacy concern. I reached out to the company multiple times and I could only get a response from them by text message. They finally messaged me and said we will look into it. The following week, the same instance occurred, I was outside sunbathing with my young Bulldog and the technician just barged into my backyard. I was so embarrassed and my dog panicked. I terminated them immediately. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the situation and nobody cared to even call me back until I fired them. When poolie assumed the business there was also high pressure to leave a positive review.

Had multiple issues with this company and they don't take responsibility for anything.
First their service tech broke the piping for my pool equipment. Their tech actually took a photo of it gushing out only to report it as a standard completed service for the week. I came home to a flooded backyard and a broken connector to the filter. I reached out and they repaired it at MY COST. Their tech also regularly left the faucet running, leading to a burst garden hose that they were never willing to pay for or replace. The worst thing they did was cut the power to my main pump. I couldn't turn on my main pump and I thought it had broke. They then send me an invoice requesting me to replace my BOOSTER pump.
My pump has been running fine without the booster pump for over 5 years. I only had it to run the cleaning robot but after getting rid of it, the booster was never necessary. So my main pump couldnt turn on until i paid them to replace my unnecessary booster pump. They did that and magically main pump is up and running again. They basically unconnected my main pump to lead me to believe I need to replace my booster pump for 1000$. Very shady. Not trustworthy at all

I have been working with Poolie since they were previously called Fiesta and have always been extremely happy with the technical aspects of their service, but I rarely encounter their technicians since I am at work during the day.

Today Ian Hernandez was my technician and I was very happy with our interaction! I have four large dogs and typically they are with their dog walker during the service, but the timing of the walker was off today. Because of our doggie door, this resulted in all the dogs being out in the yard! Ian was very professional and when he entered my yard and encountered them, he called and talked to me to make sure that it was safe for him to proceed and then he had no issues with completing the service! I appreciate his kindness, professionalism, communication and that he is also a dog lover 😃

Thank You . I’ve been with this company for almost a year and I’m very pleased with the care and responsive details that AARON my technician provides. He is professional and respectful when I do get a chance to see him. He is incredibly responsible when it comes to making sure my back gate is properly closed every time. I appreciate that because I do have 2 dogs and I don’t want them lost in the neighborhood.
